We came here for lunch on a Wednesday afternoon for our first time. The restaurant is nice and clean, we were greeted and seated by the hostess to our table. We ordered the Korean seafood pancake for the appetizer, which was delicious. It had a nice crisp to it and thicker than other Korean pancakes we've tried. 5/5 for the pancakes. The Bulgogi Stone Pot was super disappointing. The meat wasn't flavorful and tough, and the sauce they bring you to mix in is not the usual Korean Gochijang flavor, but more of a Hoisin sweet sauce flavor that definitely did not match well with the rice, meat and vegetables. 2/5 for the Stone Pot entrée.The soup that they bring you with your dish was lukewarm. When we asked them to either heat it up or bring us a new bowl, they brought us back a new hot soup, but in a smaller portion bowl than before. What's up with that? Soup was mid also, not flavorful, and meat inside was bland and chewy. 3/5Our waitress wasn't very friendly, she never smiled or really checked up on us, we had to wave down 3 different waiters and waitresses to refill our drinks and bring us more of the extremely small side portions they bring you with your orders. All the other waiters and waitresses were pleasant except our waitress. Service was 2/5.We loved the Seafood pancake so much that we ordered another to-go. I understand that this is a steakhouse, but we were considering trying out the steaks for a dinner dining evening and gave the lunch menu a shot. If I'm spending $100 for lunch for 3 people, I expect the food to taste better.3 lunch entrées and 2 appetizers plus tip came out to $96.44. I should have tipped less for the service, total vibe killer. I wouldn't come out of my way to visit this spot again, but if I'm in the area, I might order the Seafood pancake and pick up to-go so I don't have to see the stone faced waitress!

The food and experience here are outstanding. My wife and I have been here a few times now, and it was great every time. It's a little pricey for Korean BBQ, but definitely worth going at least once. Everything on the menu is delicious!

Used to be great. Still a very popular place but they need to keep up with the quality of the food.

Thus restaurant has no regard to their neighbors. Their employees are running 50mph on our street. Every call, they have been very rude on their response. I wouldn't go and dine at this place. THEY ARE NOT NEIGHBORHOOD FRIENDY. Their employees race down our own street and make no excuses. They have hung up on my call. Stay away. Their employees park on our sidewalks. Who does that?

This is not the first time we are at Bori and loved it, but not as much this time, we had some issues: 1. There were 4 of us, but we were given two menus. When we asked for more, we were told that they only give two menus per table. Really?? With the prices that they charge, I would think they could print more menus. 2. We ordered short rib combo that consisted of 3 types of short ribs, one of them had some pieces that were impossible to chew, I had to spit them out. Again, for the price we paid, we could have better cuts The waitress, Abbi, was very nice and friendly, but there was only so much that she could do

Very good restaurant for Korean bbq. We went with our work group and had an enjoyable dinner. Their seafood cake is a must try!

Felt a little rushed by the service since our appetizers, mains, and sides all showed up at the same time. I enjoy Korean BBQ for the sit down experience and this was the first time we were done with the meal in less than 45 minutes. I would have preferred a staged approach of apps first, then sides+mains.

At 4:30 pm, I had a reservation to celebrate my birthday for the first time, and I was excited because I had heard great things about the restaurant. The food was excellent, and the service was good. However, what bothered me the most was that the host came to our table and informed us that we had to leave by 6 pm. I understand that the place is popular and busy, but the way she approached us was rude. Despite this, we left at 5:30 pm. I am not sure if I would like to go back.

This used to be our go to restaurant for birthdays and other occasions, however, we stopped going as much after the service and food seemed to be declining. My son wanted to go for his birthday and we were so happy we did. We had a wonderful lunch for my son's birthday, service was excellent as was the food.

The place was good with the atmosphere and the warm welcome from staffs. The lady maybe the manager was so kind to take photos for our family. The food was good too!

I came here to celebrate my birthday and engagement thinking this would be a great experience. The service, while prompt, is extremely unfriendly, even lifting the grates while I was in the middle of selecting some food. I felt very unwelcome here.

Where is the charcoal? The whole point of this is to cook meats over a CHARCOAL pot with mesh covering. This was a circular gas ring with two, yes, two, small pieces of charcoal resting against the edge of the pot. So you’re essentially grilling small pieces of steak on a gas grill. Zero flavor. That being what it is, the sides are decent with some authentic Korean dishes and others that are not (big pile of lettuce leafs with, humorously, two small pieces of carrot and some other veggie - as in literally two bites. Drink were good, service was gods as long as you’re aggressive if you want something.Cuts of steaks were overall good except for one piece of either ribeye or NY strip that was a hunk of uncooked silverskin that should have been cut off in prep - resulting in using a napkin for polite disposal.
