Placed an online order, only to get there to pick up and find out it’s closed. Even though the order went through and the website says they’re open.

I know it’s new, so I always give places a chance during their “soft opening”. Didn’t order food, but my fam complained about the wings being too salty and the bread on the sandwich was soggy. Hookahs were good when they were done correctly. My friend had to school them on the water and charcoal ratio. All in all fun was had by us as it’s who you are partying with as opposed to the place. Overall, I love the place and location; just needs work with their food and customer service. I will say, I was disappointed as the website at the 171 location states it’s open at noon but that was a lie. We are here and no one is in there and a lock is on the door ?

Music was so loud I damn near needed ASL to order my food because we couldn't hear each other. Waited 45 minutes for someone to let me know my food was ready and sitting in a window that was out of sight. Fries were limp and soggy, fish was soft, they gave me ONE tartar sauce for the TWO fish platters I ordered. The best thing on the platter was the small lettuce, tomato and pickle side salad. Never again!

I really am torn in how to express how I feel about Bourbon Street Daquiris. How can a place where the food is actually good, great even, exist in such a mediocre environment. First, I believe the restaurant is trying too hard to fit into some scheme of being the "hype" restaurant because the music is so loud that you can't hear your thoughts. You have to almost communicate in written form because verbal communication is a moot point with the high volumes illuminating the room. Then to wait 40 minutes for food that was only feet away from us, and not knowing or being told, is something altogether different. My food sat waiting for me to acknowledge it!!! Not one associate announced the food orders that were ready. At first I thought to myself, "maybe I'm being hypersensitive," but then I saw other's with the same issues. Sometimes less is more. Will I return? For the food, absolutely, but it will never be my first choice, nor an option if I'm in a rush or have multiple people to feed.

I never write reviews, but the food was horrible. I usually go to the location on 12970 Westheimer Rd and I never have any issues. The food is always good and tastes great. I went to this location because it’s closer to my house, never again! The corn tasted spoiled and was just NASTY I literally spit it out. The potatoes tasted funny like they were old and the seasoning wasn’t good it just tasted old and it had a film over the top like when food sits out it gets that weird layer over it and the turkey necks themselves just tasted old like they’d been sitting, they were rubbery and hard. Everything tasted old and expired! However, the service was good, the guy at the window was nice and had great customer service.

Came to try it out because of the social media… the doors was locked but the open sign is on. The number on the website is off. The website from their google is off, had I not seen the site on social media still would have been lost. But I decided to try the drive thru since the place still “looked” like it should be open and then someone popped out and said “yeah we open but cash only”… lol what?? That being said all that and still didn’t get to try anything and had a horrible experience just trying to get that far, SMH.

It was a nice atmosphere. The drink's list was extensive and were amazingly good. The service was top notch and their recommendations were spot on. Will return when in town.

This is a specific kind of night type of vibe. Loud music, lots of cool flavor daiquiris including no alcoholic ones. The poboys was the best I've ever had! The drinks came out quick but the food took awhile, still worth the wait though

If i could give 0 stars I would. They add tips to your order and claim they do not know what Gratuity means. please pay attention! This is my first time here, why would I just tip!? They claimed it was a charge for using my card, negative...it was a tip they added. Receipt is attached. Also these soo called boudin balls are cooked in old grease and they are not that pleasing. Just go to Bourbon St. Poboyz in Mo City! You will get ya money worth!

Friendly staff however I had to put my catfish in the air fryer because it wasn't done and while the rice and beans had good flavor, the rice was crunchy and needed to cook for a few more minutes. I tried to call to tell them but they didn't answer the phone.
