Burger Chan was 5 stars all the way. I saw they did a Vietnamese coffee milkshake....yes please! Had them bring it out with my meal, very very good. My burger consisted of 3 two ounce patties with pepperjack cheese, a fried egg and charred jalapenos. This burger was tasty and juicy, had a hint of char on the edges...yum. As usual we sampled each others food. My wife got a five ounce burger patty with no bun with cheddar cheese, seared spam, sauteed onions and sliced avocado, very tasty. She added some fried cheese curds, they hit the ever widening spot, some of the best i've ever had. We will be back for more goodies.
One of the best burgers in Houston ?. Always long line. Go there after 1pm for a shorter wait.

Very inefficient order taking. There's no good reason they make people wait 20-30min in line, the kitchen can definitely manage more orders. Also, the curly fries I had were fishy tasting, I think they used the same cooking oil for the fries as the fish.

Y’all burgers are my favorite thing. Whenever I pick a place to go eat, my general first consideration is whether they’ve got burgers, and if I should get one.Given this place had burger in the name, I had high expectations. Those expectation were definitely met. I got two different burgers; the first was a double 5 oz (10oz total) burger with bacon and cheese on a sourdough bun.The second was a double 2 oz (4oz total) burger with cheese on a sourdough bun.I’m definitely a big fan of more meat, so the double 5 oz was more my cup of tea, but the bun was where the magic happened. That sweet sourdough bun is to DIE for.The milkshake was rather bland in my opinion. The sweet potato fries were delicious. I came here on a diet and left having cheated on that diet.The service is also worth mentioning. The woman running the cash register was incredibly helpful, explained how the menu worked (since you fill out a clipboard yourself), and made sure things were the way I wanted them.Also be prepared for long lines. We came right before the lunch rush and got through the line and our food quickly, but right around noon the lines got much longer.All in all, and especially given that this place is only 8 minutes from where I work, I will be back.
Used to come here a lot before it blew up on TikTok and stuff, just tried to come today for the first time in about a year and the line was all the way to the corner of the adjacent building. This place is SUPER good and deserves this kind of line, but it’s just not realistic to come here anymore until they franchise out. The wait time was gonna be at least 45 minutes till we got any food. They should consider franchising or expanding the current venue. Love this place but won’t be coming here until then.

They are going to have to figure out a way to make the line move faster. Spending 7-10 minutes taking each customer's order is not sustainable. Wait times are out of control. Hopefully the food hall opening next door will alleviate traffic here

I’ve been a huge Burgerchan since 2017 at their first location. It’s always exactly what I want! There’s never a limp piece of lettuce or mealy tomato and everything is delicious. Especially the sauces.
Friendly staff, numerous food options, and good atmosphere. I’ve never seen a burger place with this level of customization. Various toppings and ingredients are of high quality and complement each other so well. Try the tater tots. the kimchi is good for the burgers too. Scallion aioli and thousand island sauce are great.
