Cashier was on her phone and said nothing to me. She walked around the back, 5 min later someone greeted me and told me to wait some more. Cashier spoke broken English. She asked if i wanted cheese on my chicken sandwich, that was a first. Lol she packed my to go bag with busted bbq packets in it. Place was clean.

Burger King is always a great treat for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, however, read the fine print on the top of the menu. 1.00 for medium size and 1.50 for a large size. When you ask for a combo without upsizing they will automatically charge you a dollar for a medium size. You have to specifically ask for a small size in order to get the price the menu shows you. At this location it has happened to me many times where i get surprised by the price of the combo without saying what size I wanted.

I tried the mushroom melt. Was hot and fresh and super melty. The onion rings we just cooked to order. The music was too loud but other than that the atmosphere was ok. Kind of a slow time. It was kept clean. A good choice for a fast meal.

I’m conflicted. Ordered on the app from home but they had not even started my order when I arrived. SighWent again and waited forever. Order came and fries were cold. Not cool. Cold.Went another time and paid for an ice cream. They then say their machine is broken and refund me in cash less than they took from my card.Tried to use survey coupon. They said no.Should I continue? Are you the franchise owner? Give me your number so I can tell you how bad your place really is.

had a horrible experience. went in after i ordered thru the drive thru because of spilled soda, needed to clean my soaking jacket off in the bathroom and there was a young working girl there, she was in the bathroom for more than five minutes, when i finally get the door open she walks out super slow like i bothered her. then i come out the bathroom without my jacket on and an older lady stands there arms folded as if i were taking too long, horrible employees. don't work if ur bothered so much on a thursday afternoon.

Very bad place to eat at! They ALWAYS forget some part of your order, mix up orders, NEVER have soft serve but it’s still one the menu??? My kids have been disappointed so many times that I decided to write this review. It’s dumb to lose customers when businesses are spending so much on ads and marketing to attract customers. POOR management of this store on Richmond Avenue!
