I went with my children and I realize that the girl told me I was new and welcomed me. And I understood her, suddenly she asked an older lady for help and what the old lady did was not right. I yelled at her and the girl told me I'm sorry, I felt sorry since we are not born learning and the girl took my order and I didn't see her anymore. I think he left.They should have a substitute or extra assistant.

The employees who work the drive thru have always been nice at this location. However, the cooks sadly dont understand the concept of building a good burger. They will drown your burger in condiments to the point where mayo is dripping out of the bun, your hands are covered in sauce, and the burger is falling apart. I have tried ordering again while asking for "light ketchup, light mustard, and light mayo" and get the same results. Disgusting. Would not recommend.

We went through the Drive through and our food was hot, good and our special order didn't take too much extra time. We pulled off 2the side (so we wouldn't hold up the driv thru line) we were happy with it all. I'll b back 4a Whopper soon. Rhe new chicke. Adds on the menu are worth trying 4yourself. They're good.

The fries are so salty I couldn't eat them I'm at work now so I couldn't turn around and take them back. They need to take their time preparing people food. I love that the south loop west location is right by my job but they need to do
