To make it short I always order online and when I get food there is always a issue cold, bad shakes, customer service, and customer support, the last order I received was cold and they won't refund my money or credit. Due to me having to many times I complain and receive credit in past. This is not the only location I go to the one on little York is good and Sheppard is good I only have a problem with this one especially at night. I have talked to people where I live and I get same reaction to the restaurant. I've contacted them on Facebook as well and decided not to help me. I uninstalled the app and won't go to the establishment anymore. I just don't want this to happen to anyone else. And I don't deserve to be treated like a criminal to ask for my money back!
