I've been to this Burger King location on S. Main here in Houston many times. The food and service here could be better. Normally I enjoy eating at Burger King. This time I ordered a fried chicken sandwich, the new fiery fish sandwich, and large onion rings. I asked for onions to be added to the chicken sandwich like I always do, but they forgot them. There was no Tartar sauce on the fish sandwich there was just Buffalo sauce and lettuce. None of the food was very good. They were also out of zesty sauce which I like for my onion rings. I'm going to have to stop eating at this Burger King. Wendy's across the street was a much better experience! Lastly, the staff gave me very few napkins. I had to ask for them 3 times. The restroom also needed attention. I went across the street to Wendy's to use their restroom. I do intend to keep going to other Burger King locations; I usually enjoy their food.Vegetarian options: They have the Impossible Whopper which as far as I know is vegetarian or vegan.

I went here to order in drive thru no one came on window than went inside manager and all employees was running around and did not take orders there was long line.. seems like they need more employees or manager better. I leave the place without ordering. I will never go back on this location.

Solid Burger KingDrive-thru waits can be longer and the fries tend to not be the freshest.The breakfast croissan’wich was alright but the sausage biscuits are way over cooked (rock-hard biscuit and dry sausage)Interior was clean.

The two ladies working 7:00am 01/29/24 were wonderful. The restaurant was super clean including the restrooms which is rare for the area. My food was fresh and hot! Thank you for a great visit.
