This location is always slow as I don’t know what food was cold I ordered two small items on the app few workers was moving as quick as they can but one person the female was complaining a lot and seems to have a attitude putting food in the bag aggressive seems like she’s not fit for the job kept saying it was busy but really wasn’t different worker had to get my order for me ??? to the other workers that was moving at a good pace and wasn’t complaining I work in fast food and when it’s busy busy I don’t complain if someone is slacking don’t have to complain just pick up the slack
I had to downgrade my 5 star to a 1. There is a fat black woman at the drive thru being very unprofessional and confused about orders. When you try to correct her she gives you that attitude look and still remain verbally polite because of camera or other co workers listening. 3/24/2024 she was doing a late night shift on the date above . Also if you look at camera the drive thru was super slow ?. I wonder what happened to the other Hispanic lady she was doing a way better job...

I stopped since they have the impossible burger. It tasted great but 1/2 eaten my stomach started cramping. I felt so sick. Having had food poisoning once before I knew what it felt like and threw away the rest of the food.

I came to this Burger king at 12929 FM 1960 West. There was a customer in front of me. I was totally ignored by this short young lady, and after standing there for about 4 minutes she decides she wanted to help me. She said, are you ready now? But she had ignored me for the whole entire time. She proceeded to make me feel as if I didn't want to be help. I worked in the customer service industry for year. It's incredible how she has little understanding of what customers service is.
