Went through drive thru. Checked receipt and food was ordered correctly so I drove home. I get home to eat. Order is completely wrong. Drove back to get this corrected. Asked to speak to the manager....they didn't have time for me. I waited ten minutes for my refund. Went about my day. I won't be coming back here. Continuous bad service. Drive the extra couple miles to the next Burger King. Terrible location.

This location is probably the closest fast food to our home, but in the event we do want Burger King we’ll be driving to a different location from now on. They consistently give you the wrong things, and then are extremely rude about it. I haven’t encountered one nice employee here especially in the last year, the entire restaurant seems to have gotten worse. Save your money or give it to another establishment, this one isn’t worth it.

It shows the Burger King is supposed to be open at 6 AM until midnight but it's actually closed. It won't open until 7 AM and I'll already be at work by then so they need to update their hours in this app so people know, their customer service is real shitty with the women that work here the older women, but it does seem like there's a couple that are really good with their customer service!

Don’t eat here. I will not be returning and will be sure to tell all of my neighbors not to eat here as well. No customer service at all and food always tastes old no matter what time you go. I went last night and ordered a chicken wrap, a drink, fries, and nuggets; the chicken wrap barley had chicken (very slim piece) and they put ONE fresh nugget on top and (literally) the other 7 nuggets were so old/stale my child COULD NOT eat them. My baby also noticed her sprite was brown, like the drink machine may have been dirty. They also were very rude while I ordered, even the manager on duty was rude. The workers were speaking and laughing in Spanish while I was waiting on my order, now I get why.. very disappointed. I ended up throwing it all away and spending more money to order a pizza to feed my child. Clearly whoever the upper management team or owners are don’t care about their business. Most of the staff speaks no English and handles food with no gloves. I’m honestly considering escalating my complaint but only because this place needs a serious turn around or just shut down completely. I hate writing negative reviews but after multiple negative experiences and wasted money I’ve been given no choice.
