Hot in the lobby. Staff ignored me when I announced my Uber pickup loudly three separate times. No acknowldgement at the front counter. They walked right past me. Service sucks here. Even another customer said it while I was there. You need to clean house. This is no good.

I visited by way of drive through to buy my usual Whopper Impossible Burger. The clerks voice was pleasing and joyous when asking can I help you. Just as pleasant and outgoing once reaching the pay window. No beggars hanging around will make me willing to visit again.

The customer service Alvaro gave me was great. Eventhough it appears like he was the only one there he was nice, communicative and friendly. On top of that the food was fresh and delivered with a smile. That Guy deserves a raise. Thanks you Alvaro for a great experience after a nit so good night.

I guess the phone is out or order? But this location needs a working number. Ordered through Uber eats, around 1am, the Royal Four with extra nuggets.. no nuggets at all, and missing an original chicken sandwich. Really upset that not only did I spend $30 on a family meal, y’all refuse the answer the phone! I will be coming in to get my order replaced. Not cool.
