I just came here for lunch 10/30/23 around 11:45 and I had the rudest guy taking my order , did not greet through drive through machine and kept saying “what else?” Then gets an attitude when order was repeated , didn’t listen to half of what we said and when we told him our order was wrong at the window and we wanted (insert condiments ) he says “ but you didn’t say!” When in fact we did say specifically what we wanted on the burgers .Very poor attitude asked us 8 times what we wanted on the burger and had the audacity to say to the grill cooks that WE told him the order wrong . Please take accountability of YOUR actions because you didn’t want to listen or wasn’t listening.He was wearing a baby blue tie dyed hoodie , and he definitely needs to be retrained in costumer service, I won’t be coming back to this location at all.

my husband and I made a stop to eat at Buger King with our daughter, La Niña needed to go to the bathroom but they have them locked, we kindly asked before ordering to go to the bathroom to which El Niño who was at the register replied that we should order first, my husband was going to stay ordering while we went to the bathroom but El Niño at the register told us flatly NO twice, it is worth mentioning that my daughter is autistic and was quite restless about going to the bathroom. there the Manager interceded and told us to go to the gas station to see if they would lend us the bathroom there and after many words of bad taste from the staff they agreed to open the bathroom door, today we were victims of this outrage by part of the Manager, so to speak, because she shouldn't run a store if she doesn't know how to give customer service. she is a terrible person and Manager. she hopefully and she gets fired
