I ordered 2 bacon , egg and cheese biscuits and a drink. I pulled around to the window and she took my credit card and mumble something in broken english. I asked her how much it was and she told me $11 and change. I said I thought the biscuits were 2 for $5. First she told me the biscuits weren't on that deal. A lie. Then told me since the credit card was already charged there was nothing she could do. Then said I didn't get the deal because I didn't ask for it. I've been going to the Burger King since it opened since I work close by. I will not go this place ever again and will let everyone I work with know this story as well. So much for the customer ever being right. I hope this place closes soon.

Trash. I walked in and nobody acknowledged the fact that I was at the front counter. Too busy laughing and playing. Only one person was actually doing their job (drive thru) the other two we’re basically doing nothing. I really like the morning crew way better. They made me not wanna spend my money anymore But other than that trashhhhhhhhhh. Do better

Horrible place just keep driving from the food to the customer service. I stop by today to grab some lunch while my husband was working. I order a number 1 and some chicken when I pulled my fries to eat they weren’t all the way cooked I was disappointed but I was already halfway to my destination so I proceeded to try the chicken nuggets were cold and tested old once I got to the burger and to the first bite i spit right out it was gross ? meat tested old lettuce seem old too at this point I decided drive back. I explain to the manager and told I didn’t want anything remade just a refund I hand her the bag with all the food she asked me if I want all the money back since I had bit the food and drank some of the drink I brought back 95 % of the food she give me 8 dollars back when I paid 12.75 little to say just keep driving save your money

This place is usually good but I always get my sandwiches dry bc restaurants either put too little or too much these people repeated my order back 3 or 4 times and still messed it up i tried to call they never picked up the phone so I will be returning tomorrow
