The front counter person was amazing, however, I came in because my order was wrong. The cooks from the back were very rude about making my order correctly. I ordered a double whopper, they gave me a single. I asked for the double which I showed the Burger and the receipt yet they were very rude in the back. The person in the back kept yelling she didn't know where the double whopper went even though she heard the front counter person say it was a remake and pointed me out. Overall a rude experience especially since they were only taking cash at the time . Cudos to the front counter woman because she was very kind and great at customer service

Wayne is a great employee , I always come to get my breakfast for work every morning and he always have a positive attitude. Alone with the other staff members. We need more people like the staff at this Burger King
I’m gonna call corporate to make sure they know what type of an employee they hired at OST/Holcombe Location.Wayne is the most impatient, rude, and unprofessional employee there. He should not be dealing with customers and most definitely shouldn’t be taking orders for a fast food (Burger King). His attitude IS VERY UGLY and the supervisor actually heard him as I was trying to place my order.My money is most definitely not worth that type of service. I’m not a disrespectful person and I’m always positive and pleasant. I didn’t do nothing to him but drive up and try to place an order but was indecisive if I want a frozen drink or not. If he doesn’t like his job than he needs to find another than to interact with people in a public establishment dealing with people’s food.This is the beginning of 2024 New Year and people shouldn’t have to deal with that type of negative energy.I pray for people like him but wanted the public to know what to expect bring their money to spend at this location. I most definitely CANCELED THE FOOD & that location too….. I took my positive energy, money, and order elsewhere. ???
