I’m giving this place 1 star because I went there at 4 am and as we pull up to the microphone the woman starts speaking Spanish as if we’re in Mexico. Then she tells us they are only taking mobile orders?????? Only mobile orders? Why? Why can’t I just order at the window like I’m making a mobile order and yall just make it. So very disappointed

Overall this place is alright as long as you’re alright.Anyways my goal was to review their chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich was a solid 85% great, seeing the smoke come out of the sandwich was a plus.Presentation 0; very In-N-Out look.Here’s a picture of the sandwich. Enjoy.P.S. this is Burger King if you where expecting Chili’s you’re wrong.Too expensive for my liking: the money really didn’t matter but I expected less from this order.Parking: Just park and best of luck. We can tell if you’re not from around here. It’s great btw. You’ll love it here.

First time eating at this location, and I have to say the customer service was outstanding, and the Whopper itself exceeded anything I’ve ever had from any other BK.The young guy who took my order was exceedingly polite and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it.

Service was horrible. I wish I knew who worked the closing shift on some of the days ! Because they close almost an hour early . And refuse to speak to anyone in drive through , I even drove to the window and he saw me but refused to even speak. This is not the first time he closed early! Then one of the workers where just sitting in his car .

Do not make orders online, you arrive and the staff tells you that they do not accept and if you want to buy you must pay in cash, they send you to call customer service and there is no customer service number, you must go to their online page and they will A virtual agent attends who says that in 24 hours he will solve you. I have been waiting for 48 hours and nothing. The worst experience; for now I do not recommend this fast food establishment.

Food was great, love eating here. Unfortunately the person who serviced me was a bit unprofessional in the sense that he was semi flirtatious. I could be wrong and he could have just been being friendly in his own way but it did come off a bit creepy and made me a bit uncomfortable but great service overall ?

Don’t do mobile orders at this location this place will legit skip your order and never get it and you have to present it to the staff at the front where they’ll have to make your order so it’s a waste of time.It takes 20 minutes to get a mobile order compared to your just placing the order in line.Plus even if you place your order in line they always forget to give you your drinks

Pretty good for a fast food place, swung by after work to grab a quick dinner, came around 10:30-11ish pm and the staff was still very friendly. My food here is always hot and fresh (as fresh as a fast food place can be haha) I always order the impossible whopper meal and it was really good. I'd keep coming back

At this point I feel like fast food is not for me it's a sign not to eat it as often second time this happend I went thru drive thru waited about 10 for my order mind you thier was no one infront of me or in the restaurant so I'm thinking we'll my food must be fresh I get my bag and my burgers are on top so I open them they are made wrong and I didn't make any modifications so they made thier own menu item wrong I went inside to get it made correctly I don't get a sorry my bad nothing just a okay we remake it and they took forever to do that it's done I'm watching it sit on the Warmer no one even tries to put it in the bag till I say excuse me can I please have my food that's been sitting infront of you ! I get home my kids fries aren't fresh my onion rings are not fresh and they put literally like 5 in the bag like wtf is that I waited a long time for my order for what? None of it was fresh beside the burger they remade horrible ass customer service a bunch of teenagers not one adult I seen or manager but I don't blame them they probably Weren't taught right I called no one answer so I'm gonna go tomorrow because I don't play about wasting my money and time get it together

Strike 3 - and you're out of here. Had 2 chicken sandwiches and chicken nuggets delivered at 11:30 AM. All were so dry that you could not eat them. And the chicken nuggets tasted burnt. I will never order from this location again!!
