The Bridges Experience
Tried the Turkey neck craving box (mild), garlic butter flavor.Great service and short wait time. The food was too spicy & I didn’t quite like the flavor of the Turkey neck/sauce. The rice, egg, potato & corn didn’t have any flavor except for the spicy sauce from the Turkey neck.I appreciated the melted butter for the corn.

Wanted to try something new since i was in the area. Decided to go with the catfish etouffe and boudin balls. Both items were good but I'm pretty sure you can find something similar in a area closer to you. Overall was decent. Definitely give it a try if you're in the area.

I recently tried Calliope’s food truck. My husband had the surf and turf, I had the étouffée, and kids had fried catfish and it was awesome! Their food was delicious. I enjoyed the crème drink too. Quick service, friendly staff and a great outdoor vibe. Highly recommend checking it out!

great new food truck in the area! we got the mixed gumbo and fried shrimp poboys and they were delicious!! parking is free and easy to find, just 3 min walk. we’ll def come back to try other items.
