I have been coming to the location at Champions and 1960 for many years. It has been one of my favorite places ever. Cody is a great bartender and an even greater person. Often, when I visit, I have been told they are out of an item, whether it be an item menu or a drink ingredient. I have always accepted it and altered my order. Today, a person was told the restaurant was out of ingredients for several items. She grabbed a menu that was not in effect and attempted to order off that menu. She asked to speak with a manager. Suddenly, that menu was available. She ordered and was comped her meal. Why isn't that the rule for everyone? And when I spoke with the manager, I was told that is her job to accommodate people. So that is good to know. I will remember that all you have to do is complain and everything is free. No one has EVER accommodated me like that at that location. Very disappointed. And I had an experience where my credit card got swapped with another customer and was told they took off the wrong charges, and then a cancelled wine dinner that I never got notification. I asked to speak to the manager, and she refused to come out. I am not demanding at all. But I deserve the same service.

Lindsey gave my partner and I the upmost incredible experience for my birthday lunch. Such a nice and personable person who is willing to go above and beyond for your experience. Cody our waiter was really great and accommodating while being on top of his game with being present for our dining needs. And if you’re going during the 2024 spring specials, or anytime it’s available, you have to try the lemoncello bread pudding!!!
