I was visiting, and everyone said this was the best place for Sunday brunch. If you want to ensure you get a seat, make a reservation! I was seated quickly, however, I didn't get service for AN HOUR- no water, NOTHING! I let someone know and nobody knew who my server was supposed to be. Someone who wasn't supposed to be my server stepped in and took my order. Food came immediately after I ordered. The steak is on par with Dennys, not worth $30. It becomes a day party at 4pm so if you don't buy a table, you'll be standing. The atmosphere is amazing. I wish my experience was better.

My friends and I went there on 03/24 around 7pm the guy who was working the first bar by the entrance I think by the sport side was extremely rude. He was the only one working and I get that but he definitely should just learn how to deal with the rush a little better. He made a horrible first impression. Multiple people complained about his attitude while I was standing at the bar

Hostess seating guests was very rude & unwelcoming today. It was my first visit. The system of seating guests was unorganized & she was overwhelmed, but proceeded to use profanity to express her frustrations towards my guests, as we were confused & overlooked for a long period of time due to unorganized. The ambiance is very nice & pleasant but our introduction was unwelcoming. I’ll enjoy this visit, but won’t return back.

Moved here from NYC and heard this is the place to be on Sundays. Went to the day party after 4pm. They charge a $20 (cash)/$23 (cash app/Apple Pay) cover charge. If you love section culture/cookouts/people just standing around smoking hookah/drinking where the vibe is kind of off if you’re not drunk - this place is for you. So boring after I went here twice. Food is mid. It gets super crowded. Tired of that bottle girl service dance. And last time I went before today, our server was RUDE! Yuck. The attire is all over the place. No hats inside but you got people wearing their Sunday’s best to females looking like they rolled out of bed. It is all over the place so it doesn’t even matter what you wear especially if you’re spending money. It gives tacky after a while. No seating outside of the sections and they will make any area into a section. The audacity to charge a group a section with two chairs alongside the wall. You cannot order food if you’re not attached to a section. You cannot sit if you’re not attached to a section but there’s a row full of empty chairs before you reach the patio area that you can’t sit in. The sections were sold out today and we were hungry and they said no food unless you’re in a section. My friends visited from NYC and were in awe when I couldn’t figure out where else to go on a Sunday. The best thing about C & K on a Sunday is the DJ’s. I’m here for them, everything else is a no for me dawg. These places get so boring, can’t wait to move back home where there’s competition and several places to go. ? Whew chile!

The brisket fries?we yammed them up lol. I tried a bit of the catfish, it had a nice crisp. I’m not really a grits girly so I’ll leave that for others to judge. The mango panic was great - we all ordered the same drink to play it safe for later in the day.People were outside, but i wasnt really feeling the vibes. The music was alright. Maybe we arrived too early and/or wrong season but there were no fine men as told by TikTok lol.

The music was vibes and the atmosphere cool but if you're someone who cares about customer service and the whole experience etc, 0/10 do NOT recommend. Me and my girls (6 of us including myself) had a reservation for 12:15 and we didn't receive our food until around 1:45. I ordered the chicken tender plate & the fries were mad salty. Crazy. Chicken tenders were okay, nothing special. Then our waitress told us VERY last minute that reservations have a 2 hour time limit only. That information is nowhere on their website with the reservation information.. I paid and signed off our tab with the gratuity already included, but was still charged an extra unknown $30.31!! That's wild. This place is honestly only good for if you and your friends just want good music vibes, drinks, and to be standing around. They gotta do better lol, i had pretty high expectations.

The atmosphere was cool and everything but the service there is horrible and I will not be stepping a foot in y’all’s door again. We ordered are food and waiting a hour which is insane. Then at the last minute we were told their was a 2 hour reservation which mean we had to leave are table in 30 mins and still didn’t even received are food yet. After we received are food the waitress didn’t come back til it was time for the check literally. She didn’t even ask if we needed refills, Togo boxes, or even if the food came out okay…I am really disappointed in my experience. The Food was a 1/10 I ordered a tender plate, the tenders was okay but the fries was SALTY. Then when we received the check there was a 20% gratuity… Paid the tab and literally after we left was charged $30 ??? For possibly nothing. This place was VERY overhyped. This place was definitely understaffed as well…All I can say was that the music was great & the atmosphere. They need to work on their customer service because without that this Business will not move very far.
