The staff was absolutely fantastic! But the smell walking in the door is a little off-putting! The best way I can describe it... there was a light hint of BATHROOM in the air?. We were not eating in the car so we suffered through. But this needs to be addressed. It was a bit pricey! $71.00 for Myself, my spouse and 2 kids. A Philly combo, we ordered two 6-piece wing combos and one 10-piece wing combo. Sadly we will not be returning.

I had a person that worked for me told me how good your sandwiches was. I am a retired chef I got the paperwork to prove it. I have never been more disappointed with a simple Philly cheesesteak than what I got yesterday. The meat was tough, I had a particular aroma about it that didn't smell like fresh. The cheese was some type of white substance not visible to the naked eye I had to look real close to say yes this is some type of I guess cheese. The onions in the bell pepper was undercooked crunchy. The bread was stale, and hard. I would not recommend this place to anyone that like good food. Sincerity Chef Charles. I'm not looking for a refund or another sandwich I'm just trying to save someone from wasting their money.

This location specifically was very disappointing. My sandwich literally tasted like “we cannot be bothered”. I had a Philly chicken and it was dry, unseasoned, and slapped together. Not worth the price at all. I took a couple bites and gave the rest to my dog.
