Chiba hot pot is not the best food, in my opinion. The meats were not as fresh as I would like from a hot pot restaurant. The service was good, and the server was attentive. The ambiance of the place was not for me. You do get what you pay for sometimes.

The food was not stored properly. I have horrible food poisoning. I've eaten hot pot many times and have never gotten sick. They only give one pair of chopsticks.

cute & efficient concept with the conveyor belts & trains delivering you food. the servers were still very attentive with drinks and clearing platesfood wise, the broth & sauces were a bit bland, but there was a lot of variety for toppings. you get to pick spice flavour for all the broths which is a nice addition

Different broths to choose from, all flavorful and you can choose your level of spice. Recommend trying Lamb skewers and the chicken wings. You can have unlimited plates of meat and they have green tea ice cream for dessert. The train brings your order right to you.Vegetarian options: Definitely recommend to vegan friends, tofu and plenty veggies available

We didn't get past the front door. The prices listen online are between $23.99 and $25.99. When we went in to see how much it was, they told us $28.99 per person! The food could be amazing for all I know, but I don't like being lied to before we even get into the building.

Got a craving for Caribbean Food ? This is the place !!! The scenery is a nice island vibe and clean ! The Cashier was super great and attentive!! I had the curry goat … it was nice !!!! (Lil more season though)But I do recommend !!! In my Madam Gasm voice !!!It’s also nice to have a island theme party there with bar set up !!!!
On the fence on this one. The soup was pretty good, but the ingredients on the conveyor belt seemed less than stellar. Ate enough to be full, but I would say that I'm not keen on the array of what was available.It's definitely not worth the all you can eat price, unless you are more willing to eat some odd ingredients.

This place is fantastic if you're a fan of hot pot! I consistently go for the house broth--it's incredibly spicy--and my husband loves the Tom Yum. Both are bursting with flavor! The selection for your hot pot ingredients is extensive, ranging from veggies to meats, seafood, and beyond. The staff are consistently attentive and friendly, adding to the overall great experience. Hot pot isn't my daughter's thing, but she still indulges in the delicious chicken wings--I don't blame her! They're consistently crispy and incredibly tasty.

Me, my husband, daughter, and baby went on a weekend. It was PACKED! But we were seated pretty quickly. About 15-20 minutes. The selection for food is amazing. Love the revolving bar. My daughter loves the train that brings your meats and cooked foods. Only downside was that we had to call a different server to us to get drink refills. We waited 20 min for our server with no luck. Other than that this place is awesome and we have been 3 times already.
