Very fast drive through service. I only got a chicken filet. It was hot and crispy. Unfortunately it was also sweet - a flavor I don't much care for in fried chicken. I fail to see how this is better than Whataburger nearby.Live and learn!

I ordered ans prepaid for the honey pimento sandwich minus the honey and they gave me some ratty looking sandwich, this is the first time I've been disappointed with their service. Their QC is usually spit on, but not today...two stars because they did get my fruit and drink correct

The salad was old, the chicken on the salad was not old, the strawberries milk shake was running like water with no strawberries, the worst chic-fil-A yet.Kid-friendliness: Chicken was so old my granddaughter spit it out

Drive thru was longer than the normal almost 10 minutes to get to the to window (abnormally long considering chick fil A standards) Lady didn't even acknowledge me, or make sure my order matched my name, and my brownie wasn't in my bag. (They gave me coke instead of dr. pepperVery un like chick fil A customer service)

Can’t complain about this chain when it comes to their sandwiches. They are always on point with fresh food.What I will say is that this is the first time I’ve had mealy, crumbly fries. These had no crisp exterior like I’m used to. This fell apart as if they were either too old or not cooked long enough.Expect a decent wait during lunch rush (20-25 minutes)!
