Stood in front of 2 talking cashiers for 3-4 minutes before they stopped having their conversation and took my order. There was no line on Monday at noon.I ordered 2 chicken sandwich deluxe combos and waited for a 10 minutes. Both fried chicken sandwiches and French Fries came out cold. WTH? The chicken sandwiches were as small as a McDonald's quarter pounder burger which is extremely small for an $11.20 meal. I highly recommend going to another fast food eatery. The food and service here in the Galleria was not worth the time or the price.

Ordered to take out feb14, the time wait was okay the food was fresh . The fries kinda salty . The orders was correct . However I came today and it was empty this morning ,all workers onboard inside and out .also clean looking . I paid for the food and waiting in the chairs to be called . When getting home after drinking the good lemonade I realized the sandwich was not how I asked . Because it was. Supposed to be grilled .chicken sandwich with cheese lettuce and tomato instead a pickle and fried .it tasted fresh however I didn’t understand how that happened and decided it’s not my job to figure it out ; however that is unacceptable for it to reach many hands before mines a machine and still a wrong order . I shouldn’t have to double look to see if a sandwich is correct either with this being said I thought this could be fairly an easy front of the house job if you’re listening to the orders and your back house is reading . So I’m not supporting egos . Just essentially what I paid for .

I cannot believe that they served half full fries and have an attitude when it was brought to their attention.On 1/23 I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich combo with large fries and drink along with grilled chicken nuggets.I got my order and sat down and immediately I went back to the cashier to tell them if I could get a full large fries not the one I got.A gentleman said that it was full which obviously trying to tell me that I am lying.I am not trying to be difficult but accusing someone with this is not very Christian like let alone professional.As a Christian person, I try to support Chick-Gil-A because of your founder, however, I just don’t think I can support this establishment any longer.

Location seemingly closed overnight without warning and when it reopened there was an entire new staff in place. Very disheartening as all of the friendly faces I’ve come to know over the past year and a half are gone. Very odd…

Since they change employees waiting time is ridiculous. Food taste different. Every Tuesday and Friday I order my egg white grill after they change employees it's doesn't taste the same .
