Service sucks, messed up my order which is ok we understand as a Customer a new trainer might be nervous on their first dayBut we also understand that they must be held accountable on fixing the orderGloria the manager really doesn’t have any professional responsibility or management skills on how to talk to customers she was very rude and refused to give me my order when I asked to return it and she refunded me for the order.I think instead she should’ve gave me the right order plus refunded me for the inconvenience of driving over 45 minutes backWhat a waste of time please don’t visit this location or you have to deal with Gloria the unprofessional , rude lady

Such a bad experience.Chick-fil-A is one of the most expensive fast food restaurant but the flavor of the chicken is good so that’s why is worth paying for it .But the lack of good customer service made it bad .I went there to get a kids meal for my son for his school lunch.They said well you will have to wait a little bit for the fries so I said change it for hash brown .Anyway when I got my order I check the bag and was not a kids books or anything.So I ask the lady why you didn’t give a book she said well this is not a kids meal and I specifically ask I want a kids meal so was rude.If I was there I will apologize and give the customer a book .How much a book can cost but the lack of good customer service and caring suchs for this woman .So I am never going back to any restaurant.They ruin my experience on top of that I pay more then 7 dollars even Macdonalds still have better customer service at least.Work on your employees manners and quality of service.

I will be honest this is the worst chick fil chain I’ve ever really experienced I got the nuggets and they were raw even if I order other things here it’s just overall bad the fries are always cold n overly greasy just have no idea why the food is so bad here wouldn’t

When coming up to the window of the drive through the employees were complaining that I had ordered two gallons of drinks, I find it extremely unprofessional. Then they parked me and I waited 17 minutes after a 10 min in line for them to completely forget my actual food that I ordered. The customer service here is not great they just want to rush customers through the line instead of doing their job.

It was our 4 year olds birthday. I asked if they did anything for birthdays and they said normally they don't but they can think of something....and boy did they! Ive cream, cookie, a card and sunglasses. It made our daughter's birthday!

This was the worse breakfast burrito I have ever had from any Chick-fil-A. Disappointing!!Nothing but cold bacon and a abundance of cold shredded cheese. Nothing is HOT at all. Thrown together. I suggest checking your order at this location, I couldn't until I reached work. I always trust Chick-fil-A but epic fail.Vegetarian options: Perhaps spinach, avocado or veggies to be added to the egg whites.
I stopped for breakfast on 3/4/2024 on my way to my first day at a new job. One of the managers was at the register and looked FABULOUS in her blue blazer. I complimented her and her response was so humble and happy. She told me I made her day and the truth is she made my day by her joyful response and offering prayers that everything went well on my first day. I didn’t get her name but I wanted to say thank you and I’m so glad I got the pleasure of seeing her bright face that morning

Missing items 2 times and I called to speak with Jayla and the customer service was not great at all shockingly. I was put on hold for 10 minutes to speak with a manager or supervisor and got hung up on and was told there is no manager on duty. This is coming from someone who worked at chick fil a for almost 10 years

This is the worst Chick-fil-A in town. They gave me a chicken strip for an actual sandwich! And my fries weren’t filled to the top! Just check the pictures and you will see the small sandwich they gave me. I hate this place is charging more and giving us less! I paid $12 for this? I will not be coming back to this establishment.
