Had the pleasure of visiting chilis and the food was so good! I still haven't found the best chili except the chili at Chili's ?. The service was good and the place was clean.. Drinks were strong . Great bartender and service received .. I don't know the bartender name, I think it was Tasha or Natasha unsure, but she has dreads ,she provided amazing service

Haven't been to Chili's in years... Stop by for early dinner surprised that this place hasn't changed... Server was friendly and attentive ... Food came out fairly quick and just as i remembered... Burgers still on point... Chili's just need a refreshing new look..

I had a disappointing experience at Chili's recently. After paying, I overheard our waitress at the to-go counter bad-mouthing customers who don't tip well, even threatening to follow them to their cars. This unprofessional behavior left a sour taste in my mouth, and I couldn't help but feel that my tip was undeserved, especially considering the hard work of the other staff members who were attentive and friendly.It's crucial for service industry professionals to understand that good customer service is essential for earning a tip. While I sympathize with the fact that servers often rely on tips for their income, it's unfair to expect a gratuity when the service provided falls short of expectations. Customers are more inclined to tip well when they receive exceptional service, and that includes being attentive, friendly, and ensuring orders are handled promptly and accurately.As a customer, I value feeling appreciated and well taken care of during my dining experience. When that expectation isn't met, it's disheartening and reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole. I will not be returning to this location where I now feel threatened and scared that something might happen if I do not meet the tip expectation of the waiter.

My lunch started off kind of rough. We were seated in the female servers section and she completely over looked us. I'm thankful for the young man Dewayne who came and waited on us. He was polite and helpful. The food was great and fast. THANKS
