Ordered in the Togo order a margarita for happy hour asked for the drink before food was mad and was told no it will be given once food was done. Well one the order was ready the drink had melted. And was told to leave my number and last four of my card for refund. I wish the system was better when ordering drinks in the Togo i shouldn’t have had to wait for my food before i got my drink and if this is standard procedure then drinks should not be mad until the order is ready to prevent the melting of frozen margaritas . Everyone seemed to be upset that we were upset when we had just spent almost $$40 each

Good food and friendly service. Went for late dinner with some friends and had a good experience overall. The kitchen had a delay with some of our party’s dishes but they made it right once the waiter realized we were still missing items. They accept major credit cards and parking is free just outside.

So we ordered from the Chili's app. Spent almost 50 bucks. We had it delivered because we don't live here and don't have a car. So we get our order. Noticed that the salsa for the chips was missing. So I called the restaurant and they say that they have a new person doing the orders. Well my question is if they are so new. Why isn't anyone double checking to make sure the order is complete. So now we have all these chips we were excited to eat with salsa. Now all we have is chips. And the manager is trying to blame doordash for the mistake. Terrible service and will think twice if im back in Houston area to order from Chili's

Ice cold in bar. Dirty and not clean bar top.20 minutes for a burger in an almost empty restaurant. Burger tasted microwaved. Make it hot for sitting 15 minutes??Mistake dining here.

This place was a JOKE!!! Our waitress lied to the manager and said we never ordered anything but chips and salsa, just because she was to busy flirting and playing around with the waiter and forgot to put our food order in, she had to lie and then said she came to check on us LOL!!! She never came back I had to go find her just to get a refill on the chips and salsa then she only brings chips. It was our first time at this location and it will be our last… the service was that bad that’s not even to say how dirty the tables was it felt like someone put honey all over the table it was so sticky and the food in the benches looks as if it’s been there for weeks. I would not recommend this location AT ALL!!!!!!
