Hadn’t been to Chili’s in some time. Stopped by to dine in. Saw the GM was Christian in the sign at the door—asked if he was working and he was on the floor and happened to be one of the people I asked. Great seeing the manager on the floor and involved. Server Zinnia was very friendly and offered a lovely daiquiri that I enjoyed. Food was hot and delicious.

Worst chillis ever the restrooms are awful they can't even lock the door and no trash can. We were sat and waited there for 20 minutes ignored all the waiters seemed like there were "busy" they where in fact not. One of them was conversating with a table next to us for the whole time we where there and all the other waiters were hiding at the bar or kitchen. Mind you it was empty and not many people at the restaurant. The hostess was rude when I told her if someone was there at the front because I was expecting someone she replied with "what do you want me to do about it" with an attitude. After 10 minutes I left and safe to say I'm never going to this location again.

I ordered curbside to go and it was never brought out. When I walked in the to go area, the young lady nonchalantly greeted me and asked if I wanted to place an order. No ma’am I’ve waited 20 minutes past the estimated delivery time with no food or updates. She had an attitude and said maybe it’s because the screen that shows the orders is broken. She then pulled my food off a shelf and handed it to me, like it was nothing. I took my food home, but I had to microwave it because it was cold, and it was very thrown together. And my toast that came with the pasta that I ordered was wet. I have been to this restaurant multiple times and it’s always a lackluster experience, but it’s convenient bc it’s close to my home. But I will not be returning to this place. horrible customer service, horrible food.

Food selections were delicious. Mozzarella sticks are more like patties (very large). Chips and salsa always good. My friend had ribeye cooked to her liking & my grilled chicken sandwich with sautéed onions, swiss cheese & avocado was delicious. Our server was attentive-- we enjoyed our experience and will return to this location.
Haven't been to Chili's in a long time. The wait was short, which was nice. The server was excellent. But the food was ok, not great. I ordered the fajitas trio with just two meats. Beef and shrimp. The serving was so small that it was awful. The bathroom smelled just like cigars and cigarettes, not clean at all. Will not be going back

I placed an order online very simple. Salad curbside my BF picked it up. They didn’t give dressing and gave me chicken I clearly ordered shrimp. I have a chicken allergy. The service of the staff wasn’t helpful and didn’t take ownership of their mistakes. It took them 20-30min for the manager to bring a receipt showing my refund. I would never return. Customer service is a big deal . I even called ahead to make them aware.
