Superior customer service. Called the Chili's at 2110 SH-6 and they stated that kitchen was closed. This Westheimer location took care of me 20 minutes within close????! Their the bestest?????

They charged $4 dollars extra to switch from a meat to mon meat burger. Food was bland and cold.

I decided to come here for lunch with my husband. The food and service were good, but I didn't like being close to where the servers stand around. We were right next to the kitchen, too. Whatever me and my husband and I talked about, we had to whisper in order for the servers not to hear our conversation. It's a great place to dine, but next time, we will ask to be seated in a different area.

I didn't want to give no stars!!! These MFS still haven't returned my refund and it has been 25 consecutive days not including the weekends. I became sick, returned their food, Danyell the lazy manager told me my refund will be back on my card in 7-10 business days and nothing as of yet. I HATE THAT I EVER WENT TO THAT ONE!!! I'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH POOR SERVICE IN MY LIFE!!! DO NOT GO TO THE ONE STORE # 7 ON WESTHEIMER!!! IT'LL BE YOUR WORST MISTAKE EVER!!!

We came in Sunday night. No one was there. We asked to be seated by a television to watch the Mavs whoop up on the phoenix.Hostess said they couldn’t seat me near a tv because they don’t want to “overload their servers.” Open tables were everywhere.Edit: we came back again. Walking up to restaurant. Place was empty and an employee outside smoking a cigarette stopped us to say the wait was an hour because someone quit. Management needs to change here.This location will be out of business in 4 years.

Food was good and tasty, very American style. The atmosphere was fine and enjoyable. However, staff should be more trained and should let customers know if you were training another new staff. Staff was slow in responding customers' requests. Overall ok.

Ordered a to-go order that was supposed to be curbside. Got to the restaurant and I had to go inside because I wasn’t able to check in on the app. I ordered 4 meals, I was given 5 containers and my drinks, everything looked correct so I headed home. Once home I realized that the side of French fries that was supposed to come with my wings was missing as well as bothDipping sauces. I ordered a sampler platter and the mozzarella sticks tasted like they were fried in old grease and all the sauces for that dish were also missing. Never again.
