I agree with tipping, and I was a waiter for many years but I don't like being "FORCED" to pay a 18-20% tip. There is a lawsuit against Applebee's for this at present.. Don’t order curbside. I have used it multiple times and no one has EVER brought out my food to me. I’ve wait as long as 20 minutes after the order was to be done and had to go in to get it. My food was just sitting there getting cold. Service is super trash.

Placed online order on chilis website as usual and noticed that they now have a delivery option via door dash. Decided to have my food delivered and the whole experience was a nightmare. The order was wrong... I requested No Cheese on my burgers and they put Cheese on both burgers. One of the sandwich did not have my side(corn on the corb). The receipt clearly states 2 of everything for the burger meals. The platter also only had 1 egg roll instead of 2. When the food was delivered the drinks were missing. When I asked the delivery driver about the drinks they aserted the food order did not have drinks with it at the time of pickup....and left. Tried calling restaurant, long wait time. Reported issue to Doordarsh and Doordarsh stated they tried calling chilis but no answer. This is unacceptable. Why would you check off the receipt like the order is done/ correct when clearly it is not.

I love Ribeye's and this Chili's knows how to do it right !!! Delicious !!! I do the curbside pick up and my order is always correct, always packed right, and still hot enough to eat when I get home !! I love Chili's on Hwy 6 S they're family to me !!

Food was solid. But got charged extra for an item than I should not have and got a lecture when I pointed that out. And then had to ask for items that were completely missing from my order. Just packed up and left to not experience anymore conflict. I frequent Chilis but will not be returning to this location.

The young woman working the to-go counter was an absolute doll! Well-mannered, friendly and helpful. A perfect gem! As I drove away I wished that I had more time and could have complimented her to the manager. Hopefully he/she sees this and commends her. She deserves recognition.
