I feel that the workers who work serving the food on the line at this place of business need to SLOW DOWN!I understand that you guys have and need to work kind of......fast, but that fast is ridiculous. Slow down some before you give someone chicken with steak in it that got dropped within the chicken- Lord forbid gives someone an allergic reaction. Food of different containers drop and fall into the rice and other sauces drop into the cheese, etc....SLOW DOWN. To move THAT fast may cost you one day. Chipotle has already had cases of listeria.i mean the pinto beans today taste half-done; they are too hard.The lady even puttingore napkins out because they were out of napkins dropped them all on the floor moving too fast.Chill down some folk.

First off the homeless man that stands in front of the door . I'm all about helping people in need but this man will follow you in the store and stand right beside you asking for you to buy him food. Upset me enough to where I just turned around and left. Same situation the next time I went there but this time I went to place my order only to be greeted by one of the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I didn't even make it to finish my order before I lost it and just walked out. Haven't eaten at Chipotle since.

Trash. Had to return next day for replacement and was still trash. Won't even answer the phone. Stopped eating chipotle 3 years ago because of raw chicken, now they're just trash. Ordered carnitas and they were SPOILED, dry and disgusting. Will NEVER return to this location and I don't need feed back, reply or apologies from y'all, just know you all are STILL an epic fail
First time at this location and my last… the veggies on my bowl were so crunchy they taste like they weren’t fully sautéed, the don’t even give you a full scoop of meat, my tortillas on the side were stale and hard, they taste like they’ve been sitting up since Friday. The establishment was not clean, tables and floors dirty, i really should’ve turned around but at the time i went most restaurants were close and i was hungry. No napkins or plastic ware was out it was empty. No hot sauce/Tabasco in sight. This location definitely needs to step it up and do better. After reading the reviews i should’ve read them before because i would’ve never stepped foot in that dump.
