I ordered a bowl online and went in and asked for a side of sour cream. The boss man said that you can’t order a side and will charge me 1$+ for that. Never heard of it before. Crazy how chipotle employees act as if the ingredients come our of their paychecks. The prices have gone up almost 50% since the last two years and these guys are trying to suck up even more money. I order chipotle at least once a week (50+ times a year and spend over 800$ a year easy). This is pro level misery from Chipotle and that’s super crazy. I don’t know if it was just this store but man, thats weird.

This is the chipotle you go to when you want ignorant low class Hispanic workers cheat you on meat. Final straw for me- will not be supporting any chipotle until they fix their low class and low quality food problems

For the amount of food they add to the tortilla, it's okay. But the prices... I get that everything today is expensive, but Chipotle prices are not worth the product they are serving.

Not sure why you have to skimp on the meat. I just need to boycott this specific chipotle. They maybe give you a 2 ounces of meat per serving, so I'm forced to get a double serving, which they charge $4 for.
I love the barbacoa burritos here.....but I tried the queso blanco for the first time and it was not good and didn't seem like how queso should be. It was mushy too. Almost all Queso is usually so tasty you can't stop eating it, nature of the real cheese. Many restaurants in Houston have incredible queso blanco, they really need to improve this facet.

Be warned if you order chips and guacamole, double check your order that the guacamole is actually in the bag. I think the store has a racket on guacamole as this is the third time I’ve placed an order and not received my side of guacamole.

Literally the smallest portion they serve of the meats! I had to ask the guy if that was a normal serving and he replied rudely you can always pay for double — excuse me if the steak pieces were only 8 pieces (yes I counted!) so disappointed. ?
