I will never order online from this location again. 2 of my bowls were missing the double portions and extra sides requested. This is a constant with this location and I've had enough. Usually, I can get on the chat and get an actual person to request a refund, but this automated chat added a free entree to my profile and logged me off. I'll be calling the restaurant first thing in the morning.

Got home to eat and my food is bland like they seasoned nothing and peppers and onions are hard/undercooked. My daughters chops are stale. They didn't put my side of salsa in the bag. I love chipotle but this location has been less than satisfactory both times that I have been to it.

Horrible service and the people are very racially motivated depending on what you look like is the service you will receive and the amount of meat you will receive. Every time I’ve been I have to pay for double meat and it is still not a regular portion. I sent my Hispanic best friend in right after I left and her bowl was stack with regular meat but call it what you will.

Chipotle food is great the staff at this location are rude and impatient. I ordered 3 bowls and I was trying to find the easiest and most efficient way to create each bowl. They rushed me to the point I left all the sauces off. So I had to ask for them on the side. They were annoyed and rude. They forgot to add the tortilla to my order so after I paid, the staff member made be pay an additional .54 because they forgot. I thought that was crazy that I had to put .54 on my card. Mind you the entire time I was not rude to them, I just couldn't go as fast as they preferred because they wanted me to rush.And my bag ripped because they tried to stuff everything in one bag, when I asked for another bag the staff member pretty much threw it at me. When I was moving the items, I told her they forgot the med sauce and she ignored me. Then asked me, what are you waiting for. I told her the medium sauce, the other staff member slid it at me in annoyance.If they did not rush me to make the bowls so much wouldn't have been lefted off.Very rude and will not be returning to this location. Unfortunate that spending $60 on food is not appreciated but instead dismissed with annoyance because you are taking too long.

The girls working here are uncomfortably disrespectful and so rude such horrible customer service between the hours 9-3 I have almost been made to cry and it every time my daughter attends school at summer creek and eats here often I hate to even go in they are so mean I I’m contacting upper management to see to the issue I work in corporate and there behavior is unacceptable

Very disappointed in my neighborhood Chipotle and in the brand itself. Maybe I missed out on something in the past 3 months which was the last time I visited another Chipotle Restaurant. This time, the portions on the protein, the rice and chips was very disappointing. At first I thought it was me but I noticed the same portions being served to other customers. Very disappointed on the portion and the pricing. I understand the food cost factors of portioning but I felt cheated. I mean come on, cutting down on chips and rice, like the cost of those items are super low and I’m pretty sure Chipotle makes a killing on profits from these 2 types of sides. Shame on you Chipotle Brand. As for the location, the men’s restroom was disgustingly unacceptable with a broken toilet that I almost wanted to walk out and return my food. I had to walk through the entire dining room to find a clean table as there were like 6-7 dirty tables. The atmosphere was great and the staff seemed to be enjoying themselves at work which is always great to see. I would consider a 3 start because of atmosphere and great staff, but I felt cheated on my portioning of food and wasn’t a fan of eating in a less than clean restaurant.

This place makes for the usual meal for me. When in today's world, vegetarian means you don't eat here. Chipotle has offered a different outlook for a better world. Where veggies aren't shunned out. Where the beans are the means. Where the rice ain't some roll of a dice. And the bowls that leave you whole. This place a solid place that 8 past 9 of your favs. Straight to 10 I do see. Thank you Chipotle. You make this Chip point to yay!

9:00 p.m. they close at 11:00 p.m. and they said they are out of grilled veggies and not making any more for the rest of the night. There's 2 hours left and they said they're not making anymore. What makes things even more ridiculous is that they actually did have cooked veggies in the online order station off to the left of the register and all the workers kept saying is that this is for online orders and I told them I understood that but can you just get me some vegetables and the answer from everyone was no. That is the silliest yet most ridiculous thing I heard all day. I couldn't help but laugh but this is definitely worthy of a one star review for poor customer service.

We walk in at 9:45pm everyone was cleaning it took a few minutes to get service, we ask for a burrito my boyfriend don't eat meat so we wanted veggies and they didn't have any I ask if they could cook some sense it closes at 11:00pm and they say no. Food was cold, chips were steal and the dinner are was pick up no chairs to seat. Worse experience ever.

I would recommend going to one of the other chipotles in the area. This one is always packed and out of food. It took me almost 20 minutes to get to the front just to find out they were out of key items for my bowl.

Definitely a hit or miss with this store. Sometimes you go in, staff is present, food is not ready. Other times, food is ready, staff is busy filling online/mobile orders, leaving 1 staff member to tend to a long line. Everyone is 'busy' but no one seems to notice that 1 member who is dealing with a line, (which stretches to the door), of people. SMH
