Wow. So, I stumbled upon the Mostly Chocolate booth at the Sugar Plum Market, and I purchased the toffee bar, a package of coffee toffee, and a package of chocolate chunk cookies. OMG. Like seriously, OMG. The toffee bar was absolutely the best toffee I've ever had. I took a bite of it while strolling through the market and had to contain myself.Like, I wanted to declare out loud, "Oh my gosh this is the very best toffee I've ever had!" to the strangers milling about around me, but I refrained.I bought the coffee toffee for my niece, and she took a bite and said, "Oh. Wow. Amazing. So buttery!"I purchased the cookies for my sister who was hosting family dinner that night, and, after trying a cookie, she put the rest in the pantry and said, "I'm not gonna share these."Needless to say, I'll be paying a visit to the shop this week to buy more!

BEST CHOCOLATES IN HOUSTON! You must take a trip of here. It's chocolate meets art meets extreme creativity with amazing, unique flavors!! When you visit you are greeted with friendly helpful faces and the super cool owner is usually there. We just love him! Also Dany the chocolatier is the most friendly helpful guy! You can see how much he loves making these little delicious works of art and making people happy with his creations Nothing beats passion for what you do. The outcome is Love! And of course heavenly bites that make you close your eyes to savor every second. I just realized today that I do that. Lol. Go visit and experience for yourself. You'll love this little, beautiful place full off goodness! They also cater actual food too. You can pick up a sample menu. You can go do team building here or smaller workshops making and decorating your own bon bons. We will be doing that for sure! They have a specialty item, it's truly the "bomb" quite literally. A tube of milk chocolate filled with hazelnuts and pop rocks. Let is slowly melt in your mouth and feel the fun! But they have so much yummy treats to choose from. Milk chocolate peppermint bark in the best!! Chocolate caramel covered popcorn with potato chips. Yes please! And many more. And during holidays they have the best cool item. Like snowball hot chocolate balls for Christmas and other stuff too. I also love the Easter eggs! They have a monthly subscription to test new creations. I can't wait each month to see the crazy fun delicious out of this world creations this genius comes up with.

I was gifted an assorted 16 piece bonbon box for my birthday last month and it was honestly such a treat! I was very upset when the Kate Weiser chocolate pop up closed in River Oaks District earlier this year and am delighted to discover that there is another wonderful place to purchase bonbons in Houston. The flavors are very diverse (truffle, tequila, key lime pie, goat cheese, strawberry basil etc) and incredibly flavorful. This is also the company that supplies the post dinner bonbons at Andiron. Great for a gift or just a treat yo self!

This was such an amazing and fun experience! I absolutely love chocolate and learned so much from this bonbon making workshop. Dany is very passionate about chocolates and that enthusiasm shows when he teaches the class. You have the freedom and creativity to decorate your bonbons how you want. You leave with a dozen of your own and then a dozen hand picked bonbons from the shop. Well worth the fun! And BYOB!

Mostly Chocolate and Catering is a family-owned small business in Houston, Texas which specializes in full-service catering, handcrafted artisanal chocolate, and gourmet cookies. I was interested in their Bonbon Workshop where you get to learn what it takes to become a chocolatier through a hands-on experience. After my initial inquiry, we were told some specific information: +they only offer private workshops with a minimum of 4 people, and they cap it at 25. +their workshops are available during the week after business hours (6 pm - 8 pm) and Saturdays anytime between 1-6 pm. +booking a workshop requires a $200 deposit that goes towards the class and to reserve a date. +the price for a workshop is $100/person. +each person leaves with 20 chocolates they make plus a 12-piece sampler collection (32 chocolates a person) We booked the workshop for a Saturday afternoon with Mostly Chocolate and Catering's head chocolatier, Dany Kamkhagi. Our group of 8 enjoyed the workshop a lot as we learned all about chocolate and participated in creating our own! If you want to put together a fun event for a friend's group or a company gathering, I would highly recommend the Bonbon Workshop at Mostly Chocolate and Catering!

These chocolates are DIVINE!!! We just moved close by and I found them while exploring the area. I got a 6 pack of bonbons and 2 chocolate bars (almond toffee crunch and calamansi merengue pie). Bonbon selections were s'mores, baileys, mango habernero, key lime pie, salted caramel, orange blossom pistachio, and macadamia crunch. These were all honestly so good, but my favorites were the key lime pie and s'mores and my hubby's favorite was the salted caramel. Bonbons just melt in your mouth. The bars were so good too, but we really loved the almond toffee crunch bar!! Excellent customer service and delicious, gorgeous chocolates. Can't wait to be back!

If you're looking for a birthday present, anniversary present, wedding presents or just because presents you cannot go wrong with mostly chocolate. I was gifted a 16 piece assorted chocolate box for my birthday recently and was blown away with the quality of these bonbons. These are the most beautiful chocolates I have ever been given. I loved them so much I even went and visited the location to see the chocolates for myself. They have chocolate making classes on the weekends and I would love to do one soon. The staff is incredibly friendly and kind. I met the owners and they are just phenomenal. I had a wonderful experience not only receiving a gift from this special chocolate company but now definitely becoming a normal customer. Highly highly recommend the salted caramel and the pop rocks is always a fun experience in my mouth.

The most creative, the most delicious chocolate I’ve ever had. It’s not even just chocolate. It’s an experience. Ps pick up a s’mores bar on your way out too

These chocolates are SO delicious and packed with flavor. If they've created a flavor, expect to taste EVERYTHING mentioned. These are seriously my favorite chocolates now. It's about a 45 minute drive to get to them from where I live (without traffic) and I'd do it again and again, regardless of gas prices. We had several favorites. We had initially tried one of their products from Houston Dairy Maids around Easter and that's when we fell in love and Googled them. I bought my husband and parents each a box sampler for Easter and we were saying OMG for every single one. It was hard to stop eating these and I regret not grabbing one for myself. Highly, highly recommend from the packaging and presentation to the BEAUTIFUL, vibrant colors and art on the chocolates to most importantly, the punch you in your throat flavor. Try this place!!

Incredible service. I stopped in to get my mom a little something and walked out with a giant bag of goodies. The samples I tasted were amazing. I will have to update this review after my family digs into all the bags, but I honestly couldn't believe how nice the staff was here. This shop is an absolute treasure!
