Our tasting a few months ago was delicious and had amazing presentation and still even better when the day came. Everyone LOVED the plated salad, the passed appetizers, and buffet options. The staff was so kind and hard working from beginning to end. It was an absolute pleasure working with Erin, the Event Manager, throughout the process as well. Erin and Churrasco's Catering were fantastic to work with for our recent wedding celebration. From our first phone call all the way through the night of the event, Erin was so responsive, helpful, professional, and friendly. She had great suggestions as we narrowed down our menu choices and set-up/floor plan choices, and was always quick to respond to a question or request to add/change something. The afternoon of our party, the Churrasco's team swept in to our venue like an army, and they managed their set-up, service, and clean up like a finely tuned machine. The food and bar service were top-notch, and I never once felt like I had to check that things were going as planned, which was a huge relief for our self-planned and self-run event. We had about 180 guests, and had passed appetizers plus a chip/dip table, buffet dinner service, a cake table, and two bar stations with full bar and margarita machines. Churrasco's brought tables and linens we'd rented through them in addition to tables and chairs provided by our venue. I would not hesitate to use them for another event in the future.
