Pizza is average but hot and lots of cheese and toppings. Seems clean. They leave out the cheese/pepper instead of making you ask for it like most places today. I dont know if buffets can survive this economy but if youre in the mood for Cicis this is a good location.

We went in for a school group event. The manager WENT OVER THE TOP to please the children. He had a dance contest with the children out for fun! I have Never seen anyone go above and beyond to please customers. Thank you so much!

Terrible place. We always go and have a bad experience, then agree we won't go again. But go again when it's been so long and we crave it. No more though. This is the last time. We are always greeted with attitude to start off. Food is always cold. Food always tastes generic as well. It's not really a good restaurant for pizza that's for sure.

First, as a mother of five which includes four boys my husband and I thought this place was okay for a Cicis.This location is very family oriented and has great seating for large parties. We seated 7 very easily a plus. The selection of pizza was very limited as were the desserts minus. The atmosphere was friendly and the game room was a little larger than most locations, this was a plus. The young man who took our dishes and cleaned up was 16 we learned that he's a good student from another customer who overheard us questioning his age lol. He's an athlete and hard worker. He was very friendly, always made eye contact and asked before he touched anything. To some this means nothing but as an avid reviewer customer service on all levels is key.Vegetarian options: If you are a raw vegetarian this is not the place for you. If you are a cheese pizza, salad kind of vegetarian you'd love it!Kid-friendliness: Minimum size gameroom

I dont understand why this has below a 4 star rating. The manager is funny?. During our time here, he came out to the middle of the store and started singing the cicis song. Truly a fun atmosphere and nice guy. Announced whenever the pizzas and desserts were made and everything.
The cashiers, because there were 2 of them, very reluctantly serve you, they denied me the wings and when the cook is eating I take out wings for another customer ?

So...as I entered, the lobby is 1/4 full, and no one to check me in and allow me to purchase a buffet. I waited a good while, glanced at the buffet line and saw very little pizza, and decided to just walked out.Forget this place, worst CiCis ever...
