Met for a girls brunch to celebrate some birthdays. Waitress was slow and never really checked on us. We had to constantly call her over. Halfway through our meal we found hair in 2 plates at the table. The waitress didn't really seem to care when I told her and said she would get the manager. Manager was incredibly rude. You can see him and another manager looking at the two plates and looking at the table for several minutes before coming over. When he did come over he didn't introduce himself or apologize. He just asked if we had a problem. Clearly he knew what the problem was. Told him about the hair and he seemed to go into a defensive mode and told us everyone wears hairnets. I told him I would pay for the meal but he needs to be aware of what's happening to plates coming out of the kitchen. Manager had 0 customer service skills. He ended up comping my plate but not my friend's plate who also had hair in her food. Overall food is overpriced, doesn't taste good and service was awful.

My friends and I randomly went to Ciros for lunch today.We had a blast. Our server was excellent, he knew the entire menu and made recommendations based off of what our food pallete was.another awesome thing that happened was Ciro himself recognized that we were new to the restaurant and introduced himself to the table. Overall we had a blast

I was there with my dear friends. Three ladies. It was not a good day for one of us. Our hospitality table manager, Peter, changed the mood of all of us. We were blessed to have his amazing attention to service, but more, he was kind and humourous and made a tremendous difference in our day. Peter is an exceptional human being and a true blessing to Ciro's. I remember back in the day when the elder owner stopped by your table and brought joy. Peter should be the one who does this. He truly has a gift of kindness.
