The owner is so helpful. I emailed and asked a few things and even with him out of country he answered my email and had the GM from Dallas personally call me to help me out. Not only did Melissa call me and my wife she was genuinely happy to take time from her personal life off the clock to not only answer our questions but she gave us advice we didn't know to even ask for. I tried this with other places and was rudely shut down or just flat out ignored. At Colette Houston the customer service starts before you even walk in the door and that means a lot. Will definitely update after first time going but 5 stars for how my experience has already begun.

My wife and I went on Friday night. It was very disappointing to say the least. We were the only people in there besides the workers. Having been to the Dallas and Austin locations and had great times, I expected there to be a a much larger crowd here in Houston. Also they are sticklers about their rules at this location. My wife wanted me to take a picture of her for memories since that was our first time at the Houston location. She wasn't naked or doing anything, just posing sexy on the bed. I was given a warning and told I couldn't take pictures. Mind you this is my wife, that asked me to take a picture. Not some random taking pictures of women, also the club was completely empty. So you can't say it was for privacy reasons. All in all not a bad place, just dead. If they can get some people in the door. And maybe relax a little, could be a fun place.

Giovanni and Keicha were the best!!! VERY inviting, professional and super friendly!!! The crowd was not what I was expecting but these 2 made it worth staying to hang out. Kesha showed us around and gave us tips and the bartender (Gio) was very entertaining and funny?....the Dj DID indeed SUCK, as reviews warned!! SOMETHING has to be done about this if you expect to keep patrons. The doorman and front desk ladies were also very pleasant!

The staff was nice. David the guy with the dreads had us laughing and was reall nice. isiah was really nice too and shay the bartender was very nice it was just the manager that night was rude I dont know if he was in a bad mood and the 2nd and third time we came he was also in a bad mood on saturdays it is really fun but Wednesday and thursday are slow but the manager will night change the music David walked back there 3 times to ask and then my man asked and he snapped at him so other than that its a cool club

I have been here several times with my boyfriend. Well, he is a man. So what do men enjoy. Better to know what he does than live in ingnorance. Nice Top Shelf liquor. Clean. Well run, with excellent professional Management that is always asking how is everything. I see other wives & Girl Friends of the highest quality in Houston.Good place for Steak Dinners.

Third time there and the crowd is very small. I don’t know why the people are not coming to this particular club. I keep giving it a chance and on April 18 2023 was my third time there hoping that it had changed but no, again a very small crowd sitting and looking. I will think twice about going again. Waste of time and money

It's a lovely place to have fun. Lots of room and really spacious. The only thing is the music. Please find us some better music or DJ. I have been here several times with my wife. Music is the food of life. That's where all the fun starts. Please.

The accommodations and ambiance are very nice. They have both public and private areas to satisfy anyone's pleasure. There is often a large turn out, especially Saturdays. All areas of the club are well maintained and attended to during the course of the evening. There staff stays vigilant for any problems and are quick to respond. The theme nights keep it different and interesting. I am still new to the club, starting my 2nd month, but I have been pleased so far.

I enjoyed myself because of my partner but the night we went, a Friday, was dead. There were a max of 12 people mostly females and not including workers. The workers were great and friendly. No food is served and it's BYOB. It's a decent place to try out. I'm giving it one more attempt maybe on a Saturday this time. We shall see.

So I decided to come back for new years after enjoying my time with the host Arianna she truly was amazing but wow was New years such a disappointment. I guess that is the fault of management but she still made my night quite enjoyable and she even put in some song request for me.
