The pizza is absolutely delicious, great crust. And you can get a giant one with like 20 slices! I really liked the Z-special and the Margherita. Also try the lemonade, fresh and delicious!

I want to forget this place. Fried calamari is alright, focaccia is ok, pizza is a good but nothing to write home about. Rigatoni alla bolognese was a mess, the sauce is kind of sweet, nowhere near a bolognese and the rigatoni were cooked so long you couldn't stick a fork to pick them up. Chicken piccata was a hot mess. Half a breast pan fried covered with some capers and a lot of mushrooms, not sure why mushrooms. On the side there were sautéed spinach and pasta with red sauce. Needless to say, the red sauce, the oil from the chicken and liquids from the spinach made the most atrocious dish I've seen in a while. Oh by the way, the chicken had no taste whatsoever.
We have been eating here on and 0ff for 14 years since moving to the heights. The food has gone downhill so much we will likely not go back. Nothing is cons9stent, we ordered eggplant Parmesan the other day, two orders , all the eggplant was raw. Only the fried calimari was edible. The place was packed with people eating pizza , likely that is still ok, but there is allot of pizza around the heights , including HEB.

I've been dining at Collina's for about 15 years now, and every time I start with Focaccia. It's always fresh and always so good, never mind the extra carbs. I didn't capture a picture because we had eaten it all by the time I remembered, haha. Everything thing is delicious, but my favorite is the Z Special, no mushrooms and no olives! And don't be afraid to double stack your pizza!

Great place to visit, although they will begin to charge to use their parking lot. Good food and atmosphere, BYOB.

Diner atmosphere with great service and delicious pizza. The Caesar salad was a little bland.
Decent sized parking lot and simple table seating. Plenty of space available for inside and outside seating. It's a casual tone eatery. The appetizers taste good but the main dishes are just bad. The pizza has plenty of toppings but is very dry. The cheese steak Panini was horrible. I regret getting it, it was nothing more than an over toasted bouillon bread.

Came here for the first time and I literally had the worst pasta of my life. I ordered the Fettuccini Tetragarbage and it was straight oil with noodles. There was absolutely no flavor, not even salt. It was so bad and tasteless that I thought I had COVID again. I came home and tested negative so I'm positive this place sucked.

Tonight we ordered 2 chicken parmesan meals and were VERY disappointed. The chicken in both orders tasted like it had gone bad and was inedible. When we called to let them know we were told “well the chicken is checked before every shift but maybe they didn’t tonight” with no apology and told to reach out to the delivery app about it.I’ve eaten/ ordered from Collins’s multiple times before without issue but based on tonight’s meal we are unlikely to return.
