I was hesitant to reach out for catering help with a small 30 person event with a company that wasn't personally recommended to me. But the cost of most of the personally recommended caterers was cost prohibitive leaving us with the option of preparing ourselves... which would divert our attention from the event we were hosting. I ran across Corporate Caterers which had good reviews and decided to reach out to them. Couldn't have made a better choice. This was everything we needed, and nothing we didn't. Someone to prepare a good meal that we could serve our guests ourselves. It wasn't in our budget to pay for someone to decorate and serve and clean up. Corporate Caterers prepared and delivered and set up the meal on time just as agreed. Food was kept warm and at safe temperatures. Guests complimented the food. We requested warm food be set up in reusable chafing dishes (for appearances- which they went out of there way to accommodate). Disposable plates and utensils were provided, but, we opted to "dress up" the meal for our event with stainless utensils and glass plates / bowls which we provided - and we did our own table decor to match the theme with the rest of the decor of our event. Highly recommend Corporate Caterers if this is what you need. They served our needs perfectly and did not let us down.
