Reached out to this specific location via their email in February because they gave me raw cookies in my 4 pack and there was no response. I contacted Crumbl directly and they said they’d inform this store of my issue. I wanted my cookies replaced by this location, they did not respond so they did not have to replace my cookies. Not to mention I used to recommend this location because their cookies were always perfect, such a shame. Will be going to Pudgy’s and Cocoa Cookie Bar, businesses that actually resolve customer concerns and issues.Update: I’m noticing how this place is responding to other negative reviews but has again ignored me.

The cookies came out perfect and well decorated. Only downside is I walked in and waited for someone to take my order and nobody did. Nobody even looked in my direction. After enough time passed I just went to order in one of the tablets. I also waited over 5 minutes for my cookies when there was nobody before and after me ordering cookies. As someone who used to work at a Crumbl in CA that was just a disappointment to see especially when it's the morning. We welcome every customer that walks through the door even if nobody is on cashier we always acknowledge the customer.

The box is nice and the idea is awesome but not a fan of the taste or texture. They are too sweet for my taste and soft, almost underbaked. BUT if you love cookies that are large, soft and very sweet, then these are for you!

The service here is pathetic. I came in for the first time last Wednesday to get 6 cookies for a family members birthday. When I walked in I was not greeted at all & unaware that it was basically a self serve thing at a kiosk. I was holding my 1 year old son and definitely looking confused and no one even asked if I needed help or anything. Literally every single person working had an attitude written all over their face.Then, when my order was ready, a girl brought out my box of cookies and didn’t even close the box all the way. She put the bow on it and everything and one of the flaps was out. (She didn’t put the special message I wrote on the box either). Mind you IM HOLDING A BABY — she walks away before I can ask for any help. I’m obviously struggling. The place is small, they can see that I’m having a very hard time. Somehow I’m able to one handedly take the bow off, properly close the box, and then put the bow back on. At that point I have icing all over me because she had icing all over her gloves and smeared it all over the side and bottom of my box. It was covered.Out of the probably 6 rude girls working there I had to turn and ask a man behind me if he could please hold my box up so I could try to wipe the bottom off one handedly (again holding a baby) so I wouldn’t get icing all over my car.I know it’s more of a “self serve” operation but that was absolutely unacceptable. Management — please give these girls some training on how to be aware of their surroundings. The cookies were good but not worth the completely awful service I received.

Yummy flavors this week! But oh my god, the staff looked so overworked at this location, one person handling all the orders and the other was prepping more cookies, when i went in, it suddenly got busy maybe it was the rush hour or something but i really felt bad for them ? even though you can order everything yourself and pay and they just have to prepare it, it looked a bit TOO overwhelming.
Love these cookies! I gave it 4 stars only because the last several visits were not great, the cookies were hard each time I went.

The cookie taste keeps changing and it's disappointing. The cookie is either burnt, hard, messed up the icing, no icing, baked too small or too big with no taste just dryness, or missing a signature topping(like a lemon or streusel). I often order a lot from this location whenever I'm in the area. Although the customer service is awful. You can tell when you walk in and feel the atmosphere that they are just tired workers. As a customer looking around the store and waiting... you can see there needs to be more workers. I also want to ask do the bakers/ company care about the appearance. Most importantly the taste of the cookies. I'm spending my hard-earned money. On these cookies fourteen to twenty-one dollars. I believe I need to receive good quality cookies for the price I pay as well as good customer service. I love Crumbl Cookies but I won't be purchasing from this location anymore. l've complained too much about my cookie order here.

Came here because of the red velvet cupcake flavor and it was delicious. I personally would've liked it more if it were more red for the name of its flavor (even though artificial color, lol). Before coming here, I thought their prices were too expensive for cookies, but the volume of the cookie I had was like a good size of a cupcake so the price was reasonable. The staff was helpful and I like that the store opens early.
cookies are more cakey and soft than crispy.
