The staff at this hotel go above and beyond! The manager, Sarai sent a personalized text to ensure my stay was going good. Marco from maintenance was able to immediately fix a minor issue with my toilet, with a friendly smile and a great attitude. The restaurant staff in the morning are always so kind. I really feel so welcomed!

I stayed the night at this location after a day of most unfortunate events. Maranda at the front desk was so kind and informative when I had a few questions. I can talk forever but she was so patient. The bar staff is top tier, my room was clean and there were complimentary waters waiting I will most definitely be returning. Comfort is unmatched

The beds are the comfiest ever! I stayed for a few weeks for work training, slept like a rock, and felt at home. The front desk staff is super helpful and nice. Maranda and Courtney always share much appreciated smiles upon return after long days, and hellos and smiles at the crack of dawn too. Frank at the bar, pours the best drinks, and Mary is super sun shiney every morning . This place is great :)

The atmosphere is light hearted, and active. We didn't have to wait long for the food or the drinks, and the staff were incredibly courteous.

I cannot begin to explain how AMAZING Maranda P. Was!! She was incredible!!! I had a day from hell where we missed our flight and had to mission it all over the Airport which in incredibly massive which is far different from the airport we have in Toronto! To then shuttle 5o the hotel.. my niece is 7 and thought Maranda was soooo kind! Because of my niece I asked for a late checkout which she so Kindly accommodated and we had a wonderful relaxing stay which we needed that day!! Maranda is truly the reason why our stay was amazing!!!

Had a few bumps but Courtney and Maria made it all better. My room was beautiful. Bed was comfortable. It was everything I needed to get my work done and hang out with my family. I am so grateful. Thank you my friends!!

Service Bad and slow both restaurant and front desk which was actually worse in both stays May and July.Food was ok - only downside- very little dipping sos for the fries and too much hit sos on the wings . - only 6 small wings in a 20usd

She was my best friend until we left but it was the best service and the person that did good was mrs Mo the was the best person we have ever meet and the hotel was clean and nice and they have good service

He took us earlier than expected which was perfect for my schedule. He was very nice and it was a pleasant ride. The ride was smooth and I got to my destination at the time that I expected to. Overall, it was a great experience.

Had dinner there afterwards long with fat. Quesadilla was very fresh and tasty. Meal was served quickly and presentation was good. Service was good, attentive without being intrusive. Cindy was great!

Juan Rios from the M club saved the day! Had a long trip. And then I waited almost an hour for the shuttle at the airport. Stopped by the M club after checking in and Juan made sure that I had everything I needed. Thanks Juan, you really helped!
