Compared to other Dennys this one is the best! No wait time, food was amazing and came out hot and fresh. Service was excellent and very fast. Their general manager, Carlos, came out to check on us and to see if everything was good. I'll definitely be coming more often.

I ordered my food and asked for a large bowl of grits. She brought me a small bowl twice and I had to ask her three times for the same thing and instead of telling me in the beginning they didn't have the large bowl she waited until my food was sitting on my table getting cold to tell me that they didn't have it.

After Covid-19, it seems that the service industry has taken a beating and customer service has become almost non existent. Krystal was excellent yesterday when I came in after being on the road for 20 hours. She kept my drink filled before I was able to ask for it. (Pet peeve of mine) anyhow, kuddos to Krystal again. Oh yeah, she mentioned that she is only temporarily working there while the new location gets rebuilt. Another gold star, I'm not even a regular at this location.
Great place. Did good as always but the service was beyond great. Krystal made our visit great. She made us feel right at home like she knew us forever.. and she never let our glasses get empty and very prompt on service. Don't get rid of her...

Although our sever was great, over all it was a disaster, first of all the high chairs were sticky, I ordered a cheese burger with fries and barely gave me any, and they were cold, my husband ordered lumber jack meal and everything was cold the butter didn’t even melt when he put it on the pancakes , after waiting about maybe about 30 mins you think that everything would be fresh but this meal was anything but, I was very disappointed.
