When I called about my delivery order status the manager in charge was so rude. I live less than a mile away from the store and they told me they wouldn’t deliver to my door. He argued with me about my location as if I didn’t know where I lived. They told me to go to the gas station and meet the driver. I didn’t want to take my child out that time of night but I did. I went and called about my status, they canceled my order. And when I called to see why they continued to hang up on me. Whoever is in charge needs to be fired immediately!

My friend order one large pizza and 3 pasta and the lady told my friend that the reason why she canceled it was because it was to much food for her to make that was her only excuse…..

This isn’t the first time I order contactless delivery and politely remind them to bring a pedestal for my order but they never do. Instead they put my order directly on the floor. Which is completely unsanitary. And if they don’t have any pedestals that day they could do something different like put an empty box beneath it. But instead of figuring it out they put my food on the dirty floor.

They cancel my order without consulting it with me. Ended up losing my points. They hang up on me, I called again and they wouldn’t pick up the phone. Horrible Customer Service.

This Chimney Rock location is ! For a medium pizza and some boneless chicken, took 2 1/2 hours to be delivered. I called to make a complaint and to be compensated because no one reached out nor kept me updated and had me waiting so long! Manager was super rude and gay! When pizza did finally arrive, I wanted to throw in the driver's face! It was beyond cold and they didn't follow instructions on how my pizza should have been prepared. Dry and didn't add extra cheese neither. Rude, unprofessional, none customer service skills, slow with no communication. Y'all will never in ya'll location existence get another penny out of me! I find it mighty funny when I paid $48 the 25th of this month, the day before or whatever, that order was perfect, but soon as I order smaller, here comes a problem. So yall discriminate on the amount of pay, is how yall will handle a customer. Only one star so I can submit this complaint

Ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta tonight and this is what they gave me. I took a bite before I took a picture and it tasted fine, but like why did they give me so little? When I called to get a refund they said I'd have to pay full price for everything else because I had used a coupon. So in other words, the customer suffers when the employee screws up. Unbelievable. Those who have ordered pasta from dominos knows dang well they give you way more than this.

I ordered my pizza and headed straight to the store. Once I got there my tracker said that it was done. When I went inside to get the pizza the young lady that was fetching pizzas from the oven said that it was not done yet. After waiting another 10 minutes as they rummage through already cooked pizza they said that someone took my pizza. This guy that identified himself as the “manager” named Sterling was very rude when I asked for a 800 number because they waisted my time and was rude. He said that they didn’t have a 800 number and it was nothing they could do. The store on Gessner is way more respectful and efficient.
