very disappointed with delivery service, order pizza to celebrate my daughters birthday but the delivery person came near apartment area and sent text and left immedieatly, tried calling him soon after but did not picked callI understand that delivery can mess-up and called shop to understand what can be done and the person just kept the phone aside and did not responded, tried calling afterwards and no one picked up call, not very professional

Don’t waste your time. Placed an order on the app. Said 45 mins. Waited over an hour and order tracker said it wasn’t in over yet. Called location to ask. Waited on hold for 20 minutes before giving up. Luckily I clicked pay at store. Got dinner for my daughter and I elsewhere.

If you order one topping pizza here they will give you cheese pizza with a lot of tomato sauce.There is not or just a little topping on pizza .

Customer service person, David took my late evening order and then brought it to my car steaming hot and it was wonderful! He was very friendly and professional! Price $6.99 for a Pepperoni was perfect and it seems like a clean place. No where to sit down, but my car was fine since I didn't have to go back in!

Pizza was horrible it had no cheese on it literally sauce and toppings and was not hot at all ans I picked it up within 10 minutes of ordering pizza just was bad and tasted as if it was sitting out all day I will not go back here again

This store makes the best dominos. Cheesy and toppings spreaded perfectly.
Ordered online a few weeks ago. One large 1-topping pizza for carry out. When I arrived, the guy at the counter said my pizza was still in the oven and would be out in five minutes. Five minutes later, nothing. They never even made my pizza. Counter guy didn't speak another word to me and just started making my pizza. Some time later, the pizza comes out of the oven and they hand it to me. It would've been fine as I wasn't in a rush and two of the workers (not the counter guy) both apologized to me for the trouble, but when I got home and opened the box the pizza was completely inedible. The crust was undercooked and the top was riddled with grease. I sent corporate a message online and they responded quickly saying they relayed the message to the Houston department and to expect them to communicate to me but I have received nothing. I am never coming back to this location or any Domino's for that matter. Lousy customer service.
