April 4th, 2024, around 1 pmUnacceptable service attitude after receiving the wrong item, a disappointing experienceI ordered a Long Star Roll and Salmon Heaven for takeout and found that the items given were completely incorrect. The Long Star Roll was supposed to have beef slices and jalapeno on top with tempura kani inside, but what I received had crab salad on top and contained entirely different ingredients. The description for Salmon Heaven was "crab avocado, mango, masago wrapped in sliced salmon with yuzu dressing" categorized as an appetizer, yet what I received was a roll.I reflected the issue to a blonde female staff member, she went to the chef to "confirm" and returned with the wrong items, insisting that they were what I ordered. She refused to check the descriptions on the menu or address the issue further with the chef. Despite my attempts to explain, she rudely dismissed me, claiming she didn't understand sushi and told me go to speak with the sushi chef if I had concerns. Then she ignored me and attended to other tasks. Fortunately, another staff member was willing to communicate with the chef and helped me obtain the correct Long Star Roll. However, they insisted the Salmon Heaven I received was correct, leaving me somewhat doubtful.After that the blonde staff member passed by the counter (yes, she completely disregarded my order afterward). I told her that I don't like her attitude and the way she solved problem. When a customer reports receiving the wrong order, she should not refuse to communicate and tell the customer to deal with the chef themselves. Clearly, she saw no fault in her actions and engaged in an argument with me, loudly mocking me as I left.I used to frequent this place for lunch several times a week, but now it seems I'll have to explore other options.

Food is fantastic !! I recommend their sushi, especially the Shaggy Dog and My Phone 8, and wings, though those are a bit pricier. You order on the kiosk and the workers announce your order number when it is ready. I like the restaurant design and the subtle K-Pop music in the background !!
