We arrived at 7:55 pm. My husband asked for ginger soda, the waiter went to ask, and came back 12 minutes later and unkindly said there wasn't any, we got up and left, we are customers, maybe not so frequent, but today we might not come back
The pork chops were good and the guacamamole very fresh. Service was very good too.

The best place to eat. The owner is always there and is a super guy.Parking: Plenty of upfront parking and next to a huge parking lot for the shipping center. All free parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant is on the first floor, ramp to the porch and plenty of room everywhere in the restaurant. We had no problem with my wife's 4 wheeled walker.

I can go on and on but I'll make this brief. Enchiladas delicious kids pizza still frozen kids chicken tenders were dino nuggets overcooked. Charro beans ughhhhh and I've never had a bad charro bean until today. Ordered supremeo with beef enchilada chicken breast and crunchy taco. Chicken breast was like previously frozen, tasteless, salt wouldn't help it. Drinks were descent had a lemon drop and a sex on beach. Waiter was nice but left is for long periods of time. Had to eat with a knife cuz he didn't remember to come back with; the silverware. Overall I rate this place trash, haven't been here since 2009 won't be back.

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Houston. Been going here for about 8 to 10 years now. I now live downtown and still make the trip to spring to eat here! I've brought plenty of people here and have never had a single complaint.

OMG, Don Ramond food is fantastic, with great servers and service. Great authentic Mexican food here. It's great for gathering an anniversary or just wanting to hang out. Their mixed cocktails are amazing. You need to try the mojito. Hope you enjoy it like we did.

My very good friend and I went to Don Ramon’s for breakfast last Saturday morning. We got there a little early since it opens at 8:00 AM. We were the first ones to arrive. I hadn’t been there in several years but I had good memories. My friend had the Huevos Rancheros and they were PERFECTLY cooked. I had the Machacado con Huevo and they were better than anything I’ve had recently in Monterrey Mexico or anywhere else. The menu doesn’t mention that their breakfast potatoes are served with a delicious chorizo. The service was fast and friendly. The decoration and murals on the walls really add to the Mexican ambience. I highly recommend this place as an alternative to other “chain” restaurants. This place is the REAL deal.
