This is Mediterranean style fare with great steaks. It is a laidback pace and the food is seasoned but not Texas hot.Our waiter was great his assistants were constantly refillng our water and busing amd cleaning the table.Get the cutting board to share your entrees and enjoy the flaming bone marrow!

Just overall, such an incredible spot. From the bread service, to the drinks, and the steaks - everything here is made with such intention and tastes incredible. This place is very pricey so just be aware of that ($150-300 a person on average) but it is an experience well worth the price.

This was an excellent experience. The service, presentation and attention to detail were superb. The drinks and the food were outstanding. A meal to remember is the summation of my dining adventure here. If I were closer, this would be put into a rotational basis.

Excellent atmosphere, intimate and high end without being pretentious. Cocktails were delicious with a good happy hour menu. That's where I would say the good news ends. Service was disappointing. When you're paying this much for food and service you expect them to be exceptional, not to be interrupted constantly, eg questioning whether you're always done with a plate you're actively eating from. The fattosh salad was bland, the octopus oversalted, the Jerusalem salad average, the tomahawk steak poorly seared with inconsistent temp throughout the steak, and disappointingly under seasoned. Very disappointed overall.

I’ve frequented Doris on four separate occasions, and I felt compelled to share my recent experience. Let me start by saying that the food at Doris is absolutely fabulous, and the atmosphere exudes an enormous vibe that keeps me coming back. However, during a recent birthday dinner for my wife, a disappointing incident occurred that I believe needs attention. We invited my niece and her uncle, who has battled throat cancer twice and struggles with eating solid foods. He typically requests mashed potatoes or softer dishes due to his condition. Unfortunately, when we asked the waiter if they could blend the mashed potatoes to make them softer, the response was an immediate and firm ‘no’ without any further consideration or consultation with the chef. When we asked him to refer to the chef, the chef did address it and gave a solution. This lack of flexibility by the waiterwas highly disappointing and changed the atmosphere of our dining experience. Prior to this incident, we held Doris in high regard, but this interaction left us feeling let down. It’s important to note that other establishments have been much more responsive to accommodating dietary restrictions. I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hopes of improving future experiences for guests with similar needs. Thank you for considering this feedback

Absolutely delicious steak alongside Mediterranean-esque and appies. Housemade bread is to die for with special blended butters and such. Incredible wines. Impeccable service in a super classy spot. Go for the food and the ambience.
