This Dunkin never disappoints!Other locations I've gone to do not compare.Staff is always nice and are in a good mood.I literally make time and drive a little bit out of my way to come to this specific location before work.

This location never has the dining room open, and the staff aren't friendly at all. You're better off driving the extra couple miles to the location on Spring Steubner Rd.

I've been going to this location for years but they seriously need to come up with a better solution for people who order through the mobile app since now it's drive thru only. We should be able to just go inside and grab our order quickly if the drive thru line is too long. That's the whole point in using the app for convenience but ya'll are making it difficult for people who use it. It's too unorganized and too dangerous for us to have to get out of our car and ring the doorbell on the backside of the building. Someone can get hit by a car trying to get out and walking up to the building. At least have the inside open for mobile orders only for safety reasons

This location has changed for the worse. I placed an online order and found out when I arrived more than half the donuts selected were not available. That's ok not a big deal. But when an item I added did not ring up at the correct price as the deal offered on the app the employee provided no solution to correct the problem and just looked past us expecting us to just drive away. The owners and employees previously were so attentive and courteous, this is no longer the case.

Love this location everybody has a personality! Very kind, funny even for those few minutes they make an impression every time & love the coffee! Used to be a Starbies girl but now I’m Dunkin w/ Dunkin’
They always make my iced coffee, just as I requested. I LOVE the powdered Bavarian cream doughnuts and the Maple Bacon Breakfast sandwich. My ONLY complaint is they close too early, however, due to the area; I can't too much blame them.
