I love Dunkin but the service at this place is really horrible, so bad that I will either drive a further distance to another location or just not go entirely.The lobby is often closed during regular business hours. The staff is completely unprofessional and I am often ignored while waiting to place an order. I am seldom greeted, I usually just get a blank stare by the person at the register. The other day three staff members (one of them was named Mariah/Moriah) proceeded to have a heated discussion about pay right in front of me. They were arguing and cursing. My presence at the register did not impact the discussion in any way...finally I said can someone take my order.I know good help is hard to find these days, but this was just the worst experience I've had.

They appeared excessively burnt and greasy, prompting me to question whether this is a norm in your service.I appreciate your attention to this matter and kindly request clarification on whether the presented condition of the hash browns aligns with Dunkin’ Donuts’ quality standards. I was completely ignored after 683464 Rohan had helped only 3 customers in front of me with small and quick orders. She could’ve just told me she had to use the restroom and I would’ve been fine with it, but here I am leaving my honest review here like a bad guy. Other than that, great donuts and coffee. Just poor attitudes with obvious stank faces who don’t understand the concept of greeting folks. DoorDash is always hiring.*Hiring managers please do better. Your staff seems to be unhappy here. Let them be aware that the door is there for whom to find other opportunities that fits them best.

Called the store to ask for extra vanilla bean in my coolata and they did just that for my Uber eats order! Thanks so much everything was delicious! I wish corporate would add an extra coolata button on the app so we don’t have to call the store bothering the workers tho . ?

The inside of this place is never open when it's supposed to be according to hours posted online and on the door which say 9 pm. When we showed up tonight around 7:30 and pulled on the door, we were told only the drive thru was open, that they closed the inside at 7. This is not posted anywhere. And the employees thought it was hilarious apparently. This is the second time we have gone and left bc they were closed early. From the other reviews with photos from an employee, I'm kind of glad because it looks disgusting

This is the worst Dunkin in the world. The staff are so disorganized and backed up orders, it sucks. Dunkin’ corporate needs to do something, what a joke. I love Dunkin and they literally told me today they’re not serving food “right now bc they’re so backed up, only serving coffee”. Is that my fault? Bc they don’t know how to serve customers timely? What a mess. The owner needs to get out of this biz and do something else, so sad and frustrating and disappointing

GO TO ANOTHER DUNKINDonuts were 3 days old and stale. Hot chocolate was warm water with a little bit of powder sprinkled on top. Cashier asked me 3 times at the window what I had ordered, would walk halfway across the kitchen, forget, then come back and ask me again.

This Is The Dirtiest Dunkin Shop In Houston, store is full of COCKROACHES? Especially in Their Frozen Drink Machines, The Managers, District Managers Even Down To The Director Of Operations are poor excuses for leadership! The Manager who runs the store is RACIST As Hell, Even Stated He Won’t Hire African Americans cause all they do is steal! Managers talk about employees to other employees most of them are kids at that, very unprofessional. This location has gone thru 3 owners in the last 3 years ? I definitely would suggest you take your money to Starbucks down the street And Avoid This Location!
