Every multiple times I have came in late at night and the staff is standing around talking in the bag. No one out front and then they have a attitude when they make my drinking correctly or I make a special request. Just recently they decided they are going to start charging extra for less ice. Just go elsewhere because their cups are filled with ice.maria, Melissa or marysol and some other girl with very short hair that is orange and this Hispanic guy have the worst customer service.

I love dunkin but these employees are Horrible if u dnt get a teenager that clearly doesn’t want to be here you get an full grown adult with the same problem , my order never comes out right go inside and it’s Disgusting I mean VERY not the mention the restrooms looking like they are a random corner stores restroom .
