If I can give 0 starts I would, make sure you have all the patience in the world to order on the drive thru. The girls was super slow, stayed 5 min ordering 2 easy items, nothing special. She will have you on hold without telling you to give her a second, until you talk again. And would question your order, when you’re the one ordering. Never again, stoping at this store.

She was taking money with gloves on and she is grabbing the donuts with same gloves on it's health hazard & disgusting that's why I just on took the coffee and left you better tell them to change gloves after touching the money or touching the cash register

Coffee is always good, the employees here in the mornings have attitudes or just seem like they don’t want to be here. I only go because it’s close to my house.

The people working here are clearly unhappy. The restaurant itself needs a fresh re-do as the chairs are falling apart and things seem to be run down and drab. The omelette bites are pretty gross. The smell and taste -way off. Heck, they didn’t even bother turning one upright. This place used to be so so so good. So sad to see care has gotten lost with time.

I always love coming to this location. They are fast, make the drinks right. Gisly stays on top of her team. I drive farther to this location because I know they will make my drink right and fresh

The employees that work there are very rude and will literally ignore you until you say something to them. I placed an online order for 1 donut 15 minutes before I got there, the lobby was full and I could tell the other customers were frustrated. I was standing by the pick up side and was completely ignored until I said excuse me and she was very rude when answering me back. I literally hate going here because of their attitudes and I can’t tell you one time that I had a good experience with an employee. They definitely need to get it together.

I worked her and can say from the bottom of my heart that my manager manory was the best manager she knows how to lead she teaches u everything even if she makes u work hard it's coz she wants u to get somewhere and to get higher I can't thank her enough for the way she manage the whole store and the employees and a really wonderful manager and person u feel like she's a friend not just a manager and I really appreciate all the hard work she worked hard to teach us all everyone should and who worked with her knows that very well this place is the best place at least it's clean and has the work done perfectly not like any other place I worked at comparing amto all dunking mrs.manory is the best maneger best leader she's fair where ever I work or go ull always be in my mind may God bless u and ur family i know I worked in 2014 my first job at dunkin was by u but that's where I learned everything and grew and all the managers loved me coz of what u tought me thank u wish u all the best
