I went into Dunkin to get donuts this afternoon. There were fruit flies around the donuts that are left out in the open. Some were sitting on the donuts. Most people go through the drive thru and don’t know about this. Will not go back! They need to keep the donuts enclosed, not just for hygiene purposes but also so that they don’t dry up and get hard.

Pulled at 1230 ish to order a dozen of glazed donuts. I asked if they are fresh and if not when would fresh ones be available. The employee tells me “we only baked them in the morning” really!! Her response was stupid!! This is my 2nd time visiting this location and will be my last!

Inconsistent. I've been quite a few times in the past few months. There's usually something wrong or missing with my order, no matter what or how many items I order. Staff used to be friendly but have been very off-putting or just rude as of late.

Just went to this store and there are 3 teenagers /young adults working in there, a girl with her arm in a sling finally assisted us after we stood there for 15 minutes before they acknowledged us and then when they came to take our order I asked for them to warm up my donuts and the young lady said they don’t do that. I asked could she do it as courtesy because she said the donuts have been sitting there awhile. The lobby was dirty. We just left and will not ever return. The other Dunkin’ Donuts warm them up for you.

Lovely people, but I don’t think they’ve ever gotten my order right - in multiple visits. Typically if you order a Midnight blend, they’ll just give you an Original, b/c it’s already brewed and easier. Every. Time.

My recent visit to Dunkin Donuts left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated due to the deplorable customer service and the rude behavior exhibited by one of the employees. Despite the promising reviews I had read, my experience was far from enjoyable.From the moment I entered the restaurant, the atmosphere felt tense and unwelcoming. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, giving off an air of indifference. Despite the restaurant's visually appealing decor, the negative ambiance created by the staff immediately set the tone for my dining experience.The real low point of my visit occurred when I encountered a particularly rude employee. It was evident that they had no interest in providing a pleasant experience for customers. When I attempted to ask a question about the menu, I was met with a dismissive attitude and an eye roll. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also reflected a lack of basic courtesy that one would expect in any establishment, let alone a restaurant.The poor customer service extended beyond just one employee. Throughout the ordering process, it became apparent that the entire staff was either understaffed or untrained in customer relations. I could even here the first employee talking bad about me in the back, almost yelling.In conclusion, my visit to Dunkin Donuts was marred by poor customer service and a rude employee, making it an experience I would not recommend to others. It's disheartening to see a restaurant with potential fall short due to neglecting the fundamental aspects of hospitality. I hope the management takes immediate steps to address these issues and improve the overall dining experience for future patrons.
